This 6-bedroom home is located in Deer Springs (a Hideout near Park City), a short drive from Deer Valley East Village and Main Street.
Best suited for groups of up to 12 guests, including multiple couples and families who want a mix of private suites and kid-friendly sleeping space.

The main level is where everyone ends up - open kitchen, dining, and living space with plenty of room to hang out. Big windows bring in light and mountain views, and the island makes it easy to cook and socialize at the same time.
Downstairs, the game room gives kids and groups their own space, so the main level stays relaxed. After skiing, most evenings end in the hot tub, which is covered and usable all year.
The home was built in 2022, so everything feels clean, modern, and easy to use.

Located in Deer Springs above Jordanelle Reservoir, this home gives you quick access to Deer Valley without dealing with Old Town traffic. You can be at the East Village base in about 7 minutes.
In winter, you’re close to skiing. In summer, Jordanelle Reservoir is just down the road for boating, paddleboarding, and fishing.
No parties or events. Family-friendly but not baby-proofed.
