The main level is where everyone ends up - open kitchen, dining, and living space with plenty of room to hang out. Big windows bring in light and mountain views, and the island makes it easy to cook and socialize at the same time.

Downstairs, the game room gives kids and groups their own space, so the main level stays relaxed. After skiing, most evenings end in the hot tub, which is covered and usable all year.

How do I get to skiing from the house?

It couldn't be any easier to access skiing - pull out of the driveway, head up Belaview Way to the new Jordanelle Expressway. Follow the road up and around for about 5 minutes until you reach the gondola!

It's a beautiful drive with little to no traffic or lights!

How far are you to the lifts?

We are ideally located just 7 minutes from the Deer Valley Express Gondola.

You can park, purchase lift tickets, and be on your way to enjoy the world's best skiing!

Overnight Ski Storage

For added convenience, skis can be stored overnight at Deer Valley Resort. This service is available at both Snow Park Lodge and Silver Lake Lodge.

Ride the gondola up (or back down) in your boots/shoes and keep the rest of your gear securely stored at the resort.

I will start out with saying that our group enjoyed this property. The house has plenty of room and sleeping arrangements were comfortable. The below review also contains call outs for future renters. We rented this property for a bachelor party. We had 10 men. The house is gorgeous and has a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. There are hiking/biking trails right outside the back door. The description is a little misleading, there are only 3 bedrooms that have a bathroom attached/inside (I assumed 'Suite' meant had a restroom attached). There is only one bathtub at this location (Sleeping Arrangements section has 3, Description has 4) There are only 4 full bathrooms (description has 5) There are 4 King Beds, 1 Queen, 1 Full, 1 Twin, 2 "Sofa" twins should only be used for children There are 3 Recliners that are comfortable, plus a couch (adult friendly) There is a large dining table with 8 chairs for guest to sit at. The kitchen is large, and stocked with pots/pans/silverware. The hot tub is nice and fits 3 adults comfortably. This house has 5 large steps to enter, caution for elderly and disabled. Although being in a populated area, you are about 15 minutes from any store (7-11, Walmart, etc.) The house for being such a large roomy house did leave some wants (the below are not affecting the rating, but are callouts). -In the toiletry department there are large communal bodywashes (hand pumps), but no shampoo. Small bar soap and lotion provided though. -There are no cleaning supplies. The checkout says to put all dirty dishes in dishwasher and start (no dish pods or dishwasher soap available). There were no paper towels. -We did a few frozen pizzas, a pizza cutter would have been nice. iTrip is an excellent host! The experience was exceptional from booking to checking in to staying in the home to check-out. Of course, the property is brand new with spectacular views and had everything we needed for both the adults and the kids on the trip. The hot tub has amazing views of the lake and the ski slopes. We were less than 10 minutes from the Deer Valley Gondola and could check our skis right there so getting to and from the slopes was a breeze. Parking at the Gondola was a little tight so we just used Lyft and got dropped off right at the Gondola entrance. It probably 20 minutes total from house to being at the top of the Jordanelle ski run at Deer Valley. The home has lots of kids books and games for the kiddos. The kitchen is well stocked and there must be at least 7 different TV's with streaming so everyone was well-entertained in the evenings. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a luxurious mountain home in Deer Valley. We will be back in the summer.

Dori gave my family a dream vacation! She provided us with excellent instructions and was quick to respond to emails. Booking the home was easy and she provided great reminders for checking out. The home is spectacular! It is brand new and so comfortable - we felt right at home! Actually, better than our home - there were plenty of TVs with streaming features, so no one had to fight over what to watch. The hot tub was so relaxing after a day on the slopes! And the views are breathing taking. The beds were very comfortable with soft sheets and high quality, fluffy towels. The house is so cozy we hated having to leave, but we will definitely be back this summer! The location is superb - just a few minutes to Deer Valley and downtown. The home is close to all the necessities - fantastic restaurants, excellent shopping, and indoor activities for the kids. There are so many things to do for all ages. We are looking forward to many future trips to experience all that area has to offer!
