As our guest you will enjoy the thoughtful touches throughout the home including a gas fireplace, private deck with mountain and lake views, private washer The entire 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is yours to enjoy. The fireplace is gas so it's easy to cozy up to it on a snowy winter morning or a crisp fall evening.and dryer, fully stocked kitchen with an eat in dinging table, 2 bathrooms and two guest suites. Guests will love the well stocked kitchen. We have plenty of dishes, glassware, cookware and basic pantry items for your convenience.

For everyone's safety, do not exceed the listed max occupancy of the home and amenities.

Unless otherwise listed, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Please observe them and be respectful of the home and neighbors. 

All properties and homes are non-smoking. 

Parking rules must be followed. The city is very generous with its parking tickets and towing.

Perfect condo for us for the summer in Utah! Roomy, comfortable beds, and comfortable furniture. Very clean. When any problems itrip handled them right away. Great pool, work out room, pickleball court, and location so close to Jordanelle Reservoir. It was great having a garage and the coded entrance. The internet was amazingly fast not always our experience with rentals!!

I highly recommend this property. Communications was easy, timely. Checking in was seamless, it was clean, good(but dated) furniture, matters and kitchen set up to provide everything we needed for our stay. The location is great and peaceful.
