The Colonnades 1401 is a four-bedroom, four-bath Gulf-front condo with STUNNING views from the 14th floor. Located just under a mile east of Hwy. 59 in Gulf Shores, The Colonnades offers convenient access to all local shopping, dining, and attractions.

Unit Features:

• Balcony access is from the living room and the primary bedroom

• Laminate flooring is in the bedrooms and tile flooring is throughout the rest of the unit

• Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a home-away-from-home; dining table seats four and there are four barstools for additional seating

• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit

• Primary bedroom features a king-size bed with an attached bathroom, including a jetted tub

• Second bedroom has a king-size bed

• Third bedroom has a queen-size bed

• Fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed

• Keyless entry - no waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out

• Parking for a maximum of two cars

Beautiful condo. Great view of the beach. Two elevators is a super cool extra. We never had to wait for an elevator. We'd like to come back again sometime.

We loved this place. The location is great. Close enough that you can walk to restaurants and shops but far enough towards the state park that the beach is quiet. The condo is spectacular. The views are amazing and the chaise lounges on the balcony are the perfect place to relax and take in the ocean breeze and views. There are three little amenities that would make improve the stay. A hairdryer (4 bathrooms and no hairdryer!), better pillows on the bed (they were all small and flat) and some extra blankets. Each bed has a sheet and a blanket, we snagged a blanket from one of the other rooms. None of these are real issues just nice extras that would make the difference in the stay. Overall, we loved our stay and will definitely come back to this condo.

The condo was great. Having 4 bedrooms and bathrooms made it even better. Even though a little dated, it was very nice and the location was fantastic and close to everything.

This is a beautiful unit. Clean and spacious with a large balcony. Well stocked kitchen and nice laundry room. There was never a long wait for the elevator. The pool is not very large but we don’t come to the Gulf to stay at the pool anyway. Highly recommend this unit and hope to stay again soon.

Our stay at the Colonnades was exceptional! The location was perfect, we had amazing views of the ocean, and the condo had everything we needed. The kitchen had more than enough cooking supplies, and we were able to utilize the boogie boards that were provided as well. The condo was nice and clean, and we would definitely recommend this stay to anyone traveling to the Gulf Shores area!

Since college students don’t get a break for Easter and many are missing home cooked meals, I treated my son and all his roommates that attend UA to a weekend at the beach. The condo was well appointed with 4 bedrooms, baths a miraculous view and easy access to the beach. The only down side was that the hot tub and pool was not accessible via the elevator nor usable after 10pm. Understand that “spring break” has been and was happening but Adult hours from 10pm-Midnight would have been appreciated. Other than that we had a wonderful time and highly recommend staying at this condo again.

This is a wonderful, well appointed condo. The view of the beach is amazing with the maximized windows. The balcony and water view opposite the beach was also great. Everything was very clean and in order. Easy entry, easy trash, easy beach access. We appreciated the variety of appliances and cooking materials. We would love to visit again!

The condo was just as the description stated. Our family stayed for 7 days and loved the beautiful views and space. We had 6 adults and 3 littles and there was more than enough room for all of us without feeling crowded. There was construction next door, but it wasn’t problematic. Would definitely recommend!

Our April 2023 trip to Gulf Shores was wonderful, thanks to the great accommodations at the Colonades. We were 5 college friends now retired who wanted to get together at the beach and the Colonades 1401 was perfect for us. It was one of the few places we found that had 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and NO BUNK BEDS. It was great to find a place for several adults and no children. The beach front views were spectacular. The unit was spacious and well maintained. We had one maintenance issue which was promptly fixed. Great service by iTrip. Would recommend highly.

The 1401 Colonnades was a great stay! We had 8 ladies and a baby - and felt comfortable! There were 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large and spacious balcony, and a nice large kitchen. The condo had everything we needed to survive the week at the beach, and we were so grateful we chose the condo. It is easy to get to the beach, and the property is nice and well maintained. Parking was our only issue - we had too many cars and had to park them down the street away from property. So I suggest sticking to the 2 car limit. They didn’t tow- but the parking attendants will ticket you.
