***Painters will start painting entry doors on Monday, February 23rd. They will start work at 8:00 am and work until approximately 5:30 pm. Two crews will be working. One crew will start on the 18th floor and work down, while the other crew will start on the 2nd floor and work their way up. Doors will have to be left propped open for approximately 3-4 hours while drying. There will be sanding involved in this project, so it will be noisy at times. The whole project is expected to take a month to complete. Dates subject to change.***

Sanibel 1607 is a three-bedroom, three-bath, east-corner condo with amazing views of the Gulf and Little Lagoon from the 16th floor. Located just across the street from the beach, with public beach access on 13th Street, only 100 yards away.

Condo Features:

• Access to the balcony is from the living room and the primary bedroom

• Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats six.

• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit

• Living room has a sofa sleeper

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry

• Maximum of three cars allowed. Guests are required to purchase parking passes from the on-site office on the 2nd floor: $35 each
