**Please note that due to damages during Hurricane Sally, we cannot guarantee that all complex amenities are operable.
San Carlos is expected to reopen on January 1st but there are issues that may affect your stay:
-There is still construction taking place and is expected to continue through April.
-Parking will be restricted to designated areas of the main lot and the north overflow parking lot.
-There will be a 2-3 day interruption of cable and internet services in February. The schedule has not yet been released.
-The pool and all other amenities will remain closed until April with the exception of the fitness room which is open.
-The entrance doors of each unit are scheduled to be painted and new weather stripping installed in January and February.
-The HOA will need access and the door will need to remain open while the paint dries.
-A waiver releasing the HOA from liability will need to be signed.
San Carlos 303 is a three-bedroom, three-bath condo with an incredible Gulf-front view from the 3rd floor.
• Access to the balcony is from the living room and master bedroom.
• Tile flooring is throughout the unit.
• Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. The dining room table seats six and there are four additional bar stools.
• Washer and dryer in the unit.
• The living room has a sofa sleeper and a 55" TV/DVD.
• The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a TV. The master bathroom features a double vanity and a large jetted tub.
• The second bedroom has a king-size bed with a TV/DVD.
• The third bedroom has a king-size bed with a TV.
• Wireless internet access is provided.
***This property has been designated as a 'No Smoking' property which includes each unit's balcony. There is a designated smoking area at the BBQ area.***
• Amenities include: Air Conditioning, BBQ Grill, Boardwalk, Coffee Maker, Covered Parking, Dishwasher, DVD, Elevator, Fitness Room, Ice Maker, Internet/Wifi, Iron and Board, Meeting Room, Outdoor Pool, Picnic Area, Private Balcony, Refrigerator, Satellite/Cable, Sauna, TV, Vending Machine, Washer/Dryer, Wet Bar, Zero Entry Pool
• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!
• Maximum of two cars allowed. Please be mindful that during Spring Break guests are required to have Special Event passes. The dates required for those Spring Break passes are March 1 through April 15 and those passes will be $40 each.
• Minimum age to rent is 25.

Thank you for your recent stay! So nice to hear the accommodations in all the rooms were perfect, unfortunate to hear of the rusted patio chairs. With our humid weather and salt air, it’s so hard to prevent. We would have gladly had that evaluated for your stay had we known. We will see what we can do immediately. Thank you for your recent stay! Thankfully you enjoyed the Alabama Gulf Coast. It saddens me to hear not so much the unit. It is a beautifully decorated gulf front unit with phenomenal views from the 3rd floor. I don’t understand how/why maintenance would be requested to the unit for issues you encountered however nothing be reported for our housekeeping department. I will have the floors addressed as well as the shower curtain liners replaced. We value our guest and appreciate your feedback.

While I certainly understand the wrought iron not being “beachy” however it is durable for unexpected afternoon thunderstorms that blow up along the gulf coast. We enjoy having our guest return!
