Island Tower 2401 is a three-bedroom, three-bath condo with stunning gulf-front views from the east corner of the 24th floor. Located just 0.4 miles west of Hwy. 59, in the heart of Gulf Shores.

• Gulf-front balcony access from the living room and primary bedroom

• Luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout

• Fully equipped kitchen; dining area seats six, and there are four barstools for additional seating

• Full-size washer and dryer inside the unit

• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed with access to its own balcony. The primary bathroom features a walk-in shower.

• Second bedroom has a queen-size bed with access to the balcony

• Third bedroom has a queen-size bed with access to the balcony

• Keyless entry for no-wait check-in/check-out

• Maximum of two cars allowed

• No boats, jet skis, trailers, or recreational vehicles allowed on the property

Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited at the pools, fitness center, BBQ area, lobby, elevators, stairwells, and common area walkways. Cigarette cans are provided for proper disposal only.
