Casa Del Sol B1 is a three-bedroom, three-bath, low-density condo with stunning Gulf-front views from the 2nd floor. Conveniently located within walking distance to shopping, dining, and local attractions, this unit offers comfort, privacy, and a beachfront experience you’ll love!

• Access to the balcony is available from both the living room and the primary bedroom.

• Tile flooring is featured in the living area, with carpet in all bedrooms.

• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need in your home away from home. The dining area seats six, and there are four barstools for additional seating.

• A full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit.

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and balcony access.

• The second bedroom has a king-size bed.

• The third bedroom features two queen-size beds.

We had a great time in Gulf Shores. The condo was clean and exactly as advertised. Nicely positioned with easy access to lots of attractions in Gulf Shores. we will absolutely stay there again next time we go. We also liked the association with the golf courses we were able to take advantage of 1 free pass on three days when we were there, quite a savings, and we could have done more golfing if time had allowed.

This condo was the perfect getaway! The building is not too large, so it's very easy to get to the beach or to the car for a convenient trip to restaurants and more. The condo is nicely furnished, very roomy and accommodating, with fantastic views. The September weather was just right! We will definitely be back.

Immaculate condo, walking distance to a great restaurant, seafood store and general store. The balcony has great seating and was perfect for watching dolphins play close to the shore. We all loved our stay!

Casa Del Sol, this was my second time staying here. Was absolutely amazing with beautiful views of the beach. Accommodations were excellent and from the beginning and through the reservation period, customer service was great. Looking forward to planning a fall trip.

We had one small housekeeping request that was filled quickly (on Easter Sunday, no less) and we appreciated the daily communication on the water conditions and other updates. Everyone in our group loved this condo! Plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 toddlers. Comfortable living room and great kitchen. The view from the balcony was everyone's favorite!

This was a fantastic condo that looks exactly like the pictures portray. It is on the beach so that made it so nice to just leave the place and walk straight down to the gulf. Well stocked and very clean. Would go again in a heartbeat.

Really enjoyed the area. Great restaurants and plenty of things to do. Loved being right on the water. The condo was very comfortable and well equipped. Would recommend extra blankets as it was pretty chilly while we were there.

Casa del Sol was fantastic. Great condo, beautiful view of the Gulf, steps from the beach and centrally located in Gulf Shores to all the restaurants and shopping. Be advised that the parking lot is alittle tight for large vehicles but other than that it was perfect for our family vacation.

This is a nice condo. The outside at first is a little off-putting but the actual interior of the condo is nice. Basically just like the pictures. Very easy access to the beach. Good parking situation.

Will definitely be back!! Very nice, clean condo. Kitchen was well equipped. Loved the large balcony. Large dining table to play games. Good location to shops and restaurants. You do need to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Our family is already making plans for next years trip back to Casa Del Sol. 😃

Casa Del Sol is a nice property. With only 14 properties, there was always plenty of room to play in the pool area and the beach was never over-crowded feeling - even during spring break time! The grills on site are a nice plus. We ended up grilling out 3 nights!. The condo itself must have been re-done very recently. Everything is very nice and clean/new feeling. The kitchen is fairly well appointed, but there are NO seasonings - not even salt/pepper. In addition, there is very little toilet paper and only one dishwasher soap and no washing machine soap, so guests should be made aware that if they plan to use these appliances, they need to bring their own soap. Overall, 5/5. Shout out to ITrip management. They are top notch in customer service! I love it when the agent that picks up the phone is the very same agent that can help out out!

This condo was beautiful, roomy, and just perfect! The kitchen was well equipped and everything was nice and clean. The condo was easily accessible and at the perfect level for a great view of the beach. We will definitely be back!

The condo was super clean and well equipped. Beautiful balcony located out the living room and master bedroom. We listened to the waves all day and night! We had six family members with us and we all had adequate space to relax. The location is in the best spot! The beach was a very short walk and there was an awesome pool, however, we loved the beach so much we never used the pool! Also, there is charcoal grills to use on the bottom level. Perfect vacay! We had a great stay. The condo is newly renovated, nice and clean. We had plenty of space for our family of 3 and the unit was quiet. Though the unit is on the 2nd floor, we had a great view from the large balcony. We enjoyed being able to use the stairs to get to our unit rather than bothering with the elevator. There is easy access to the beach and the beach was not crowded. We rented beach chairs and a beach umbrella from a company that sets up on the beach and we found the prices quite reasonable. We purchased groceries at a store only a few miles away, but there was also a small store within walking distance. The store within walking distance was a bit pricey so I'd recommend going there only if you are in a bind. There is also a great restaurant, The Beach House, within walking distance as well as an ice cream shop. I'd highly recommend checking them out. Overall, the unit as great and the location was great. One drawback was the wi-fi. While functional, it was not great. It worked sufficiently enough but it could be slow at times. There was also no ability to get wi-fi at all while on the balcony. Also, the building itself is pretty worn down and outdated. The elevator was very slow, which was why we were happy to take the stairs! Overall, the unit itself was great. We greatly enjoyed the location and proximity to the beach. We enjoyed being within walking distance of a good restaurant. small grocery store and ice cream shop. Do not let the look of the building turn you away.
