We recently stayed at Seasons 106 with our family of 5 and it was the perfect location. Walking distance to Park City Mountain and the train stop to get to Main Street. The place was very clean and had many board games for the kids to play. Looking forward to staying there in the future.

Second time in this unit, it is very nicely remodeled. We have stayed in thiis owner's units many times, always happy experiences. The bed in this unit needs attention - the legs have been torqued and the bed does not rest on the floor evenly. Nothing better than sunsets on the lanai of this ocean front condo.

The house was great.: Nicely finished inside, well stocked, and clean. The TV setup is excellent, with a good channel selection and apps on living room, family room, and major bedroom TVs. The backyard view of the stream and golf course is even better than the photos. We definitely recommend this house.

We had the most amazing time staying at Mermaids Folly! The house was in the perfect location and had everything we needed and more. The owner was wonderful to work with and readily available if we needed anything. Thank you so much for the perfect vacation. Cant wait until our next trip to Mermaids Folly!

The condo was walking distance to the beach. It is literally the backyard view. The community guard was friendly and helpful. He did a good job at keeping the community safe. The condo was smaller than expected. However, it was a clean and has basic amenities.
