As construction continues, parking is very limited at the Lighthouse. The association has worked out an overflow plan Gulf Shores United Methodist Church that the on-site desk will assist you with if needed.

Lighthouse 1612 is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo with Gulf-front views from the 16th floor.

• Access to the balcony is from the living room and primary bedroom

• Tile flooring is throughout the unit

• The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen with everything that you need in your home away from home with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining room table seats six and there are two bar stools for additional seating.

• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit

• The living area has a sofa sleeper with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The primary bathroom features a double vanity and a jetted tub.

• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV

• There is also a bunk room which is perfect for small children. *Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.

• Wireless internet access is provided

• Amenities include: 24 Hour Security, Air Conditioning, BBQ Grill, Boardwalk, Coffee Maker, Covered Parking, Dishwasher, Elevator, Fitness Room, Heated Indoor Pool, Hot Tub, Ice Maker, Internet/Wifi, Iron and Board, Meeting Room, Private Balcony, Refrigerator, Satellite/Cable, Sauna, TV, Vending Machine, Washer/Dryer, Zero Entry Pool

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

• Maximum of two cars allowed. Guest is required to purchase a parking pass at the 2nd-floor front desk for $40 each (cash is not accepted.)

• Minimum age to rent is 25.

**This property has been designated as a 'No Smoking' property which includes each unit's balcony. There is a designated smoking area away from any indoor/outdoor common areas.**

Guests will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You may go to every activity, every day and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free) and then golf at lunch (one person is free) and then the zoo that afternoon (one person is free.) Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free) and your husband can go play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of the activities every day and one of your party is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Relaxing stay.

Lighthouse is a very nice facility right on the gulf beach with excellent amenities. Two large outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, 2 hot tubs, sauna, fitness center with a good selection of equipment, and ample parking. The facility was in excellent condition and appeared to be recently painted. There are numerous dining options within 5 minutes and many more within 10-15. Unit 1612 has wonderful views from both the living area and the master. The balcony is large with a table and total seating for 8. There is a large tv in the living room and smaller tv's in the bedrooms. The living room seating is very comfortable. The master has a king bed, large walk in closet and opens on to the balcony. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and separate bath. In spite of the queen bed being quite squeaky and not real comfortable, I'm giving all 5's on this unit. The kitchen is well equipped with coffee maker, blender, toaster, large fridge, dishwasher, stove and microwave. Plenty of plates, glasses, mugs, tableware, and kitchen gadgets, etc. The table has comfortable seating for 6. The laundry room is roomy with large capacity washer and dryer, ironing board and iron, and vacuum cleaner. The bunk room is small but fine for a couple of kids. Bottom line we would definitely stay there again when visiting the Gulf Coast.

The condo was great. Well stocked. Very clean. Easy access to beach cans the pools were awesome. There seems to be a problem with the living room TV though. It couldn’t seem to stop glitching or something . Minor issue overall but when trying to watch a movie with tired kids after the pool it was a bit of a pain.

We very much enjoyed staying in Lighthouse 1612. The condo has great amenities and is very comfortable. The balcony has great seating and the view is just beautiful. We enjoyed the building as well-the pools offered space to enjoy even when busy and the boardwalks to the beach were accessible and made the walk to the beach easy. Would highly recommend.

This was our first time to Gulf Shores and we all agreed it was one of the best! We started off with a yummy breakfast at the Diner and then received a most welcome phone call saying our room was ready for check in two hours early!!! She texted me a new door code immediately, however, when we tried it, it wouldn't work. So I called and was issued another code. She stayed on the phone with me until I had the door open. The condo was beautiful! Just like the pictures! It was very clean. We loved the decor. The best part for me was the dolphin show we got everyday. Either from the balcony or just sitting on the beach. I saw more dolphin in those few days than I ever did paying to see them. It was awesome! And the shells! Our best haul yet!!1 We loved our stay and didn't want to come home. Will be back for sure!!!! Thank you!

We had an amazing night I am in golf Shores Alabama staying at lighthouse 1612. It was perfect for a family of five with three kids a room for everyone a bed for everyone. The room was cute Lee decorated in a beach theme and very very clean. We cooked we watch TV the balcony was perfect. Waking up to the ocean daily was amazing. There’s nothing that I would change about it the pool is located at the facility were amazing and perfect for small children. The beach was beautiful with the local attractions it easy and conveniently aroun we had amazing time in golf Shores Alabama staying at lighthouse 1612. It was perfect for a family of five with three kids, a room for everyone and a bed for everyone. The room was cutely decorated in beach theme and very clean. The balcony was perfect. Waking up to the ocean daily was amazing. There’s nothing that I would change about it pools located at the facility were amazing and perfect for small children. I love the daily contact from the resort group as well ITrip made our stay perfect.The beach was beautiful with local attractions easy and conveniently located close. We had a great time and the condo is decorated beautifully! The layout is very nice with the bunk beds in a small room. It is more like three bedrooms. The view is amazing and everything is conveniently located - parking and pools. The beds are very comfortable and everything was very clean. We will be back!

We had an amazing week in Gulf Shores and Lighthouse 1612! Everything was perfect from the decor and amenities to the comfort and location. The condo was home base after days of exploring and visiting with family and a source of entertainment in the pool and on the beach. Our stay at the Lighthouse was wonderful. The staff at the Beaches of Alabama were very helpful and made sure our stay was great. We were surprised that a repair person was sent out on a Saturday when we called with dishwasher concerns! We were disappointed we could not make reservations for next February until after Labor day as we really liked the unit and location. Hopefully we will be able to rebook then. Really Nice! Much better than the pics!

My fam and I really enjoyed our stay! The room is much nicer than the pics! Really clean and great stocked kitchen! Love how the furniture on the balcony was nice stuff and we ate dinner out there every night listening to the waves crash as pelicans regularly flew past and we even got to see some dolphins swim by one evening. The wifi was good too (which you hate to use on vacay, but still gotta work) There was never much of a wait on the elevator as there were 4 of them that go to the 16th floor. Close proximity to all the stuff, but all I really cared about was the beach and drinking margaritas on the balcony when I wasn't at the beach. We shopped some of the local stores and were able to cook all our breakfast lunch and dinners with everything the condo offered without having to modify anything due to lack of cook wear. I just really loved this place and would love to go back right now! Will definitely be booking again! Thanks so much! If I had one complaint it would be that the lifting equipment is really lame in the fitness room, but you can go around to the local gyms and try the free trials if you are there for a short time, otherwise there is a snap up the road kind of. Thanks!

We really enjoyed our month at the Lighthouse 1612. Of course the above normal temperatures were a real plus, allowing us to eat on the balcony most noons during our stay. The condo was well equipped making meal prep easy. The indoor pool was great. iTrip is always so helpful in any eventuality, responding to what ever comes up.

My family of two grown daughters and their husbands and my teen, my husband and and I stayed in 1612. We were so pleased with the beautiful, clean accommodations and the gorgeous ocean view! Plenty of room and well stocked kitchen accommodated our family! Plenty to do and great places to eat nearby, we were thrilled with our long weekend getaway! We will definitely go again and hopefully be able to book this beautiful condo!
