Lighthouse 1208 is a professionally decorated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo on the 12th floor with breathtaking Gulf-front views. Located within walking distance of dining, shopping, and nightlife. Guests enjoy 635 feet of private beach just outside the door!

• Tile flooring is throughout the unit
• Fully equipped kitchen with upgraded stainless steel appliances; drip coffee maker and Keurig provided. Dining room seating for six at the table, plus four barstools.

• Living area has a sofa sleeper
• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed; primary bathroom features a double vanity, large jetted tub, and separate shower
• Second bedroom has a king-size bed
• Bunk room with twin bunk beds (*Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk)

• Maximum of two cars allowed; parking passes available at the 2nd-floor front desk for $50 each (cash not accepted)
