Lighthouse 1208 is a professionally decorated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo on the 12th floor with breathtaking Gulf-front views. Located within walking distance of dining, shopping, and nightlife. Guests enjoy 635 feet of private beach just outside the door!

Unit amenities:

• Access to the gulf-front balcony is from the living room and primary bedroom

• Tile flooring is throughout the unit

• Fully equipped kitchen with upgraded stainless steel appliances; drip coffee maker and Keurig provided. Dining room seating for six at the table, plus four barstools.

• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit

• Living area has a sofa sleeper

• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed; primary bathroom features a double vanity, large jetted tub, and separate shower

• Second bedroom has a king-size bed

• Bunk room with twin bunk beds (*Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk)

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry

• Maximum of two cars allowed; parking passes available at the 2nd-floor front desk for $50 each (cash not accepted)

This was the perfect getaway for a few days! Plenty of beds, closet space, and a fully stocked kitchen for making meals. We loved the pools, fitness center, easy access to the beach, and convenient access to the rest of Gulf Shores. My favorite part of Lighthouse 1208 was the master bedroom opening out to the balcony to watch the sunrise and sunset.

We love Lighthouse 1208. We have booked it at least 4 times. It is always clean and well stocked. The beds are comfortable. Itrip has been great. They are very friendly and always available. Someone always checks on us to be sure everything is good in our condo!

Nice and spacious condo! The Lighthouse Condos building, grounds, common areas, pool, and beach areas are well maintained and kept clean and secure. Our unit was clean except for the door and trim areas with greasy fingerprints and food, which I cleaned right away. The doors and trim needed some touch-ups or repainting, especially after weeks of spring breakers, but overall it was nice. No large dressers in the bedrooms, but we made do. Nicely updated kitchen and surfaces. The master bed was uncomfortable, as was the living room sofa. Since we were outside much of the time, it sufficed. Decor was pleasant and the unit was soundproofed well. Some of the patio furniture was so worn and ripped that you couldn't use it so I called and they replaced the chairs the next day. The chaise lounge wasn't usable and it wasn't replaced. The elevators were plentiful and speedy, unlike some other condos. Walking distance to Sea & Suds and The Hangout, along with other shops. I would stay there again.

We had a wonderful trip to the beach! Lighthouse 1208 is a great condo. It was the cleanest and most comfortable condo we have ever stayed in. I loved the triple sheet bedding with no comforters. Everything in the condo was in tip top shape. Itrip Beaches of Alabama was also great. Excellent customer service. They kept us updated with text and emails before and throughout the entire trip. They even called to be sure we were happy and completely satisfied with our condo after we arrived. I will definitely choose Itrip and Lighthouse 1208 next summer!!

We have no complaints and very much enjoyed our stay for Spring break!!! The kids are already asking when we can go back. It was very clean and everything worked efficiently. Excellent location. Only complaint was the noise from the construction but we were already warned before coming so it wasn’t a surprise. Would have been nice if they started a little later than 7:30 in the morning but we understand!!!

We loved our stay at Lighthouse 1208! The condo was recently update with new finishes and furnishing that were very appealing and comfortable. Everything worked great for us during our stay. The complex has great beach access and proximity to restaurants and shopping. iTrip reached out to us via email and text before and during our stay to ensure that we had everything we needed. If you are looking for a true home away from home in Gulf Shores, the Lighthouse #1208 is the perfect place for you! Everything single thing you need is included in this recently updated condo. The kitchen is absolutely perfectly equipped for cooking - or NOT cooking! Top of the line appliances, comfortable furniture, beautiful decor, a marvelous balcony --- all within steps of the beautiful beach! We have been coming to Gulf Shores for more than 20 years and this is our first time to stay at the Lighthouse. It is located ideally between Gulf Shores and Orange Beach - convenient to all the best restaurants and shopping areas. Cannot say enough about this beautiful condo. We will definitely be back next year!

5 used syringes fell from the shelve in the master bedroom walk in closet. Called after hours and they just sent maintenance to come depose of the syringes no clean up crew just picked the needles up and acted like it was no big deal. Our issue is these needles could had stuck my children or my husband. Also if this condo was cleaned correctly they would had found these syringes so this wouldn't have happened on our family vacation. When spending 2100 hundred dollars for 5 days you should never run into something like this or should you have to. Very disappointed. :(

Thank you for your recent stay with us. We want to apologize again for the unfortunate incident with the syringes. We did figure out the mystery after speaking to some previous guests. There was a diabetic person in the party and inadvertently must have put a blanket on top of some of their supplies. Housekeeping is not in the practice of checking under every blanket in the closet. This should have never happened and we cannot apologize enough that this is how you started your vacation. We are also very sorry that it appeared we did not take your concerns seriously. We completely understand how this could have been extremely disturbing to you and your family.We take great pride in taking care of our guests and maintaining our properties for the property owners. When things happen, and they do, we go to great lengths to find out what went wrong and make it right for both our guests and the owners. In your situation, what happened was an unfortunate, but an extremely unique experience. We have never had anything like that happen and we hate for it to reflect poorly on the property itself. We sincerely hope that our compensation was sufficient to you family. We wish you the best of luck with your future vacations.

We had a wonderful time staying at Lighthouse 1208! Everything was clean, in working order, kitchen was well stocked, and the view was beautiful! The only complaint we have is that the front door doesn’t have a safety lock on it. We were assured that no one could get in from the outside, but the door was very easy to open from the inside. When traveling with toddlers, this is extremely dangerous! Otherwise it was great from planning, arrival process, the stay, and departure!

Great stay! Unit was just as described - Clean, comfortable, newly remodeled and nicely decorated (not too "beachy"). Had 3 teens with us and there was plenty of room. Great views and conveniently located - close to the center of Gulf Shores and 5-10 minutes to shops, etc. in Orange Beach. Would stay here again if we get back to Gulf Shores in the future.
