Condo was well furnished and stocked and comfortable. TV system was a little hard to navigate. Only complaint is after the original quote of $300 a night, the price jumped to $450 a night after various fees and taxes.

We stayed two nights. House is clean and cute. Had everything we needed. It's proximity to the concert venue we went to was great (and why we choose this VRBO). The only complaint we had was that the beds and pillows were not comfortable and seemingly cheap.

This is our second year in a row working with Jason and Itrip. Jason takes the time, asks the appropriate questions in order to find a rental that meets our needs. Specifically, the place is very well appointed, wonderful location and amenities. Jason has made renting a place easy and carefree.

I could give the condo 305, 5 stars, comfortable and well equipped. Comfortably furnished. I would have to give Madiera Bay Resort only 3 stars. Other than the pool area there is no place to sit outside. The pool area is stark with no plantings. No BBQ grill. A ladder into the intercoastal would be nice fir kayakers.
