Look no further, this house has it all! A spacious home that allows everyone to spread out or to join together for some family fun. It has a full master suite upstairs AND downstairs along with a pod of four additional bedrooms tucked away upstairs, which makes it the ideal choice for large family groups that want to all stay together under one roof. The kids will love the pool area with the artificial rock waterslide; the playground area with swings, a slide, and a big jungle gym; and the rec/game room with a Wii gaming system and foosball table. For the adults, the pool table along with the outdoor gas firepit and hot tub will give you new memories to add to your fun family trips memory bank. And together, everyone can enjoy the surround sound system for movie night on the 70” SmartTV in the family room!
When you step through the front door, you will be greeted with a bright, welcoming space. Make your way down to the large open kitchen to put away any groceries you have, and then, start exploring all the house has to offer. The kitchen has plenty of countertop space, which allows the whole family to get involved in the dinner making process! Or, if you want the kids out of your hair, send them outside to romp around on the playground or upstairs to the rec/game room to get some energy out before dinner is ready. The adults can enjoy a bottle of wine while cooking, and once the food is ready, everyone can sit down to dinner. After the sun sets, go for a night swim or enjoy the firepit. Turn in for the night by retreating to your master suite to cuddle up in bed with a private movie on the 65” SmartTV.
In the morning, brew up some coffee before taking an energizing shower. As everyone starts to wake up and get their day started, they can help themselves to breakfast, and with the multiple sitting areas around the house, the kids and adults can spread out and keep busy while everyone finishes getting ready for the day of adventure and exploration that awaits. Remember to check out some of the local hiking trails, the Gilbert Farmers Market, or head on over to Topgolf for a unique family game experience!

Frequently Asked Questions
- Must be at least 25 years old to book and cannot book for someone under 25 without staying at the property for the duration of the booking.
- Must provide Make/Model and license plate number of each vehicle to be parked on site (any parking violations received will be levied against the guest who was there on the date of the violation if this information is not provided)
HOUSE RULES:
- NO smoking/vaping allowed inside or outside
- NO pets allowed
- NO events, parties or large gatherings allowed
- NO rearranging furniture inside the home or moving inside furniture to any outdoor area and vice versa (additional fee of $500 for violation plus any damages)
- NO tampering with security cameras
- NO parking on the street - only in the driveway and garage ($2,500 per violation notice)
- Lost, stolen, or damaged white key card will result in $100 replacement fee
- Any damages that occur during stay must be reported
- All guests shall obey all local and state laws during their stay
- Exceeding the sleeping capacity, using the premises for illegal activity, causing damage to the premises or to any of the neighboring properties, and any other acts that interfere with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises will not be tolerated
POOL/SPA RULES:
- NO skinny dipping
- Avoid taking glass near the pool and spa
- Swim at your own risk - no lifeguard on duty
- Children must be supervised at all times
- NO diving
- NO running or horseplay
- Only use the pool towels located in the laundry room - do NOT use the bath towels outside (additional fee of $150 if bath towels are used outside)
NOTE: Pool deck may be slippery when wet - be careful
- All linens and towels are provided. Any lost or damaged linens and towels will be charged to the guest.
- Must leave home in substantially the same condition, neat and tidy, as it was found. Additional fees will apply if checkout instructions are not followed and/or damages are found.
- Using the property address as a mailing address is strictly prohibited. Any guest that needs to receive mail while staying at the property will obtain a private mailbox elsewhere to receive their mail.
- No compensation given for temporary outages of electricity, gas, water, cable, and/or internet service. All efforts will be made to restore as soon as possible.
- Report any maintenance issues. No refunds will be made for maintenance including, but not limited to, heating/AC, appliances, and TVs.
- Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises under the following circumstances: in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services; or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owner’s intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).
- iTrip or the Owner does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property nor does the owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond their control.
