Walking on Sunshine is a perfect place for a family of 4! It is very clean and nicely decorated! With 2 small kids, we loved the location to the beach and pool! We also loved the screened in back porch and access! We had a great vacation would definitely recommend staying here and hope to visit again!

Condo and facilities were very nice and very clean. Basketball and docks were advertised, but were not available. Boats were parked on the ball court. Families were not allowed to play catch in the pools, no signs or hint of this. The washing machine sounded like it was going to take off every time it was used. But again, facilities are very clean.

We had a great time in Steamboat and really enjoyed this condo at the Waterford. Location is excellent- it’s a wonderful community, and easy to walk to the gondola if needed, although with frequent shuttle service we only walked once! There is so much space and everything was super comfortable. We have a young baby and the pack & play was greatly appreciated.

The unit was clean & attractively decorated. ITRIP always responded in a timely manner to the few issues that needed addressed. In our opinion, a sofa instead of a love seat would have been more comfortable; however, it was an enjoyable stay.

Great Trip to Breck!

Condo is in perfect location for village, skiing and Gondola to get to the slopes. Condo was very spacious but not as clean as I like. I washed our sheets prior to the first night. Pillows Nd blankets did not look clean and very wrinkled. However there were 7 of us and it offers plenty of room. You really don’t need a car because the free bus picks up at the end of the cul de sac
