A few complaints about the unit itself: the lighting in the living area was so dim we had to use a flashlight to eat after dark, there were toilet paper stands but missing toilet paper holder, the toilet in the half bath ram constantly, and lastly, other people were smoking on their balconies and we couldn’t enjoy being out on ours. Other than that we enjoyed it and had no other issues.

We stayed over spring break 2023 and had the best experience! You can’t beat the location, perfect!! Steps to the beach and less than 2 blocks to city center. The condo is up to date, spacious, clean and has everything you would need! We really enjoyed our time in Folly and made a few quick trips (only 25 min) to Charleston. We will definitely be back! Thank you!!!

Everyone had a great time staying at your wonderful home. We especially enjoyed the master suite and the upstairs bedroom with the loft area. It was great for the parents with two little ones. So much room for all their things. Everyone enjoyed the pool but not our three rainy days. Would recommend the home for an enjoyable beach stay.

We enjoy our stay in the Pink Flamingo each year. It is perfect for my sister and me: clean, comfortable and convenient. One suggestion the wicker chairs fit the decor, but for two old ladies a more padded chair would be appreciated!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in Breckenridge. The townhouse was well stocked and met all our expectations. It has been several years since our last visit to the Rockies. We chose Breckenridge as our base to explore Pike's Peak, Rocky Mountain National Park, Aspen, Vail., and the surrounding area. It was a great visit.
