Great beach house

This house was PERFECT for our yearly family vacation. Enough room to comfortably fit 6 adults and a child. Beach chairs, a beach buggy, charcoal grill, and plenty of comfortable furniture provided. The resident parking permit was a life saver if you didn’t feel like walking to the beach. Quick walk to the beach and downtown/boardwalk area. Quiet neighborhood, spacious living quarters.

I’m currently renting a house in FL with the help of itrip. I couldn’t be happier! The house is beautiful and is so clean. Tammy at Itrip has been wonderful to work with. Very friendly, highly professional, and really knows her stuff. She followed up with me to make sure I was pleased and there were no problems. I highly recommend them and have already booked with them for next yrsr!

What a perfect place! We loved the quiet area and easy beach access…yet being so close to downtown! The house is sooo cute and had everything we could think of! We loved having the heated pool available and outdoor shower to clean up after the beach. This was absolutely perfect! Hoping we can back for another stay soon!

This place is very nice, super clean, and modern. However it’s not ski in/ski out. You have to walk up several sets of steps to get to the closest lift. There is no ski in/ski out access. It’s also extremely small! Best for two people.

Amazing location, right across the street from 10 Barrel, restaurants, bars, parks, etc. Very walkable. Well-updated old house, small but cozy, and good for two little kids - the office space was a nice, separate (though no door) sleeping space for our infant. The staff was really responsive to any questions or needs we had.
