Welcome to Seashell Smile, your perfect beach escape in Galveston! Located at Maravilla Condominiums on the quieter west end of Seawall Boulevard. This beautifully updated condo offers relaxing ocean views from the living room, kitchen, and your own furnished private balcony — the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or unwind at sunset. Inside, you’ll find a king bedroom with plush bedding, a leather queen sleeper sofa, Smart TV, and stunning cove lighting that creates a warm coastal ambiance. The fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel full-size appliances, quartz countertops, and a custom seashell tile backsplash. The spa-like bathroom includes an oversized tiled shower and jetted soaking tub with a quartz vanity for a touch of luxury.

Guests enjoy resort-style amenities including three sparkling pools (one heated year-round), a relaxing hot tub, tropical landscaping, a picnic area with BBQ grills, and beautiful Gulf views throughout the property, all just steps from the beach. Dog friendly and conveniently located near dining, shopping, and local attractions, Seashell Smile offers the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm for your next getaway.

POLICIES/RULES:

• Guests must check-in with the Maravilla Condo's office to obtain parking pass upon arrival. Passes are $10 per day up to 7 days. For stay between 7-30 days only $70 is required.

• Guests will receive pool passes and pool codes upon check-in with front office

• NO SMOKING or VAPING allowed at this property to include the deck and pool areas

• This is a PET FRIENDLY HOME (up to 25 pounds ea.): A non-refundable pet fee of $92 per pet will be added to your rental if you choose to bring your pet(s). Maximum of 2 pets. Additional pets must be approved so please send us a request and include the breed/weight. Pet(s) must be crated any time guest is not present.

• Maximum Occupancy: 6

• Must be 25 years old to reserve the home. Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age.

• Manager and owner of rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at property.

• Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.

• No events or parties- If determined that a party/event is taking place at the property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given.

• No uninvited guests without permission

• Do not take bath towels to the beach.

• Additional fees and taxes may apply

• Photo ID may be required upon check-in

• Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Limited Damage Waiver Fee or Security Deposit
