A good place to stay

The unit was as described and was a comfortable distance to everything we wanted to do. We enjoyed our stay and if we're ever in the area again, we will look at booking the unit again. It was quiet and offered nice views. I will give them a five star rating even though the site won't let me click on the 5th star.

the reservation process went well, good instructions in check in and out. The condo was beautiful and clean We did have some difficulty working the TV, would have helped to have instructions for it. also we only had one key for stairwell and pool/beach gate. we had 2 couples with 2 cars and there was only 1 parking space. we would recommend this condo to others!

Accommodations were wonderful, the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The place could use some freshening up - but for the price and the location, it was great! It was clean and the grounds were well kept. It's in a perfect location - just walk to the grocery, the beach or shopping. And just a short drive to many other nice beaches and shopping. I'll be back!

The property at Deer Valley Chaparral was an excellent property with all that was promised. It comfortably slept our group and was conveniently located close to town but far enough away that we didn't have to feel like we were right in the middle of everything. Will definitely visit again!

Condo is nice, beds are super comfy. Amenities are nice. My highest complaint is parking. There is only enough space in the driveway for two cars , yet many people bring multiple cars and completely block the road way. Aside from that so far it’s been a nice stay. He air wasn’t working when we arrived and they got it fixed in just a few hours.
