This is a very nice 3BR space, with a very cool courtyard in lieu of a porch. There are televisions in each bedroom and nice kitchen appliances. The neighborhood is very nice and the amenities: massive pool area, beach and fitness club are excellent. Location has great access to Barefoot Landing.

This is our second time staying at this location. This condo is located on a beautiful stretch of beach, the condo itself is great, the neighbours are friendly and we plan to return again in the near future. The Dionne's from Niagara Falls (Canadian Side)

Me and a group of friends were in a bit of a pinch when our airbnb cancelled on us a week before our trip to the Xgames. We found iTrip and were able to get something booked in a few hours just days before the trip. They were very responsive and the condo we were in was amazing. Overall it was a great trip and I will 100% be coming back and working using iTrip.

We had a great experience with Tammy and Neil. They have been great at finding this place last minute for us . They made checking in easy and were very responsive to our needs. There are no surprises. We would definitely recommend using itrip.net (Tammy and Neil Novak) for renting in Florida.
