While Fort Myers Beach continues to rebuild from the impacts of Hurricane Ian and though our island paradise may look a bit different than it once did, the sun continues to shine each day and brings with it spectacular sunsets to savor and new memories to be made. Ongoing renovations are taking place throughout Fort Myers Beach and many local shops and restaurants continue to reopen and welcome your support with a visit to Fort Myers Beach and Lovers Key Resort this Fall & Winter of 2024!

When you vacation at Estero Island Beach Villas you can spend your days walking the shoreline, combing the beach for shells, playing in the Gulf, or relaxing or relaxing on the beach.

In the evening, you'll be dazzled by our amazing sunsets on your private, screened balcony or walking down to the ever lively and popular Times Square.

A vacation at Estero Island Beach Villas offers a little something for everyone - regardless of how you are looking to spend your down time! Located directly on the beach, you are steps from the Gulf waters and will enjoy all the best that the north end of Estero Island has to offer. In this unit you will enjoy:

A lovely 1st floor beach front, Gulf view Condominium with just under 1,000 square feet of living space, with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, sleeping up to 6.

Open concept main living space with living, dining and kitchen areas overlooking the fully screened balcony with a beautiful western view of the Gulf of Mexico; the free-flowing floorplan allows friends and family to mingle throughout the space.

Updated, open kitchen complete with full size appliances, island with 2 bar stools, and all cooking, dining and serving ware included.

Master bedroom with king size bed, flat screen Roku TV with cable package, ensuite bathroom, and stunning view of the Gulf - including private sliding door access to the screened balcony. Ensuite bathroom includes a walk-in, oversized shower.

Split floor plan places guest bedroom at the front of the condo allowing privacy for all.

Just north of the property is Bowditch Pointe Regional Park a 17-acre park that is located at the northern tip of Estero Island. This serene location, which encompasses the entire end of the island, offers a choice of settings to fulfill your needs. The back bay offers quiet waters, peaceful surroundings and a close up look of vessels entering and exiting the bay. The park area features tables and grills, available on a first come first serve basis, in a shaded tropical setting sure to please any picnicker. The gulf front is more active while still providing a relaxed atmosphere for walkers, swimmers and sunbathers. Walking trails, through the restoration/preserve area, carry you through varied environments and offers an excellent opportunity for bird watching while being highlighted by panoramic views of Estero Bay. Bowditch Point Park is a designated Great Florida Birding Trail site.

A Saltwater Fishing License is required to saltwater fish from shore. There is no fee for Florida residents.

Take the Island's Beach Trolley street side (runs till 9pm) to wherever you wish to explore on the island, including family amusements, movie cinema, day or sunset cruises, fishing charters and casino ships, numerous restaurants, happy hours and entertainment venues. Don't forget the day ferry excursions to Key West, and travels to the Everglades!

Drive south off the island to Lover's Key State Park, Bonita Springs, and Naples; north off the island you'll find the pristine beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Island; you'll also want to visit the newly revitalized downtown Fort Myers - a great spot for dining and nightlife. Fort Myers is also home to the Spring Training facilities of the Minnesota Twin and the Boston Red Sox. And have we mentioned golf?

A trip to Fort Myers Beach has a little something for everyone. We can't wait for you to fall in love with our tropical paradise!

Our cleaning/housekeeping fees vary based on size of property, number of bedrooms & bathrooms, pool patio homes, garages, etc. They typically range between $125-$325 based on the aforementioned.

The booking fee is $89. 
 
Airbnb does not currently allow hosts to itemize these fees on their site which is why we'd like to explain what otherwise appears to be an excessive cleaning fee expense.

Gorgeous Beach view is exactly right. This condo was perfect for our 60th birthday celebration. We loved the view from the screened in deck. We loved that we were right on the beach, steps from the ocean. We loved the heated pool. We loved the beach bar that was a few steps down the beach. We loved being able to walk to great restaurants as well as having a great kitchen to cook the few meals we wanted to cook. The management company was great to work with and answered everything we asked. Couldn't have asked for a better trip. Welcome back Ft Myers Beach. We cant wait to see you again.

Our unit 104 was amazing. We did have some issues with the guest bathroom toilet flushing. Other than that is was great and we are hoping to come back to the same unit next spring.
