This property was just as described. Beds comfy, all the amenities you would need. Clean, everything we needed was provided except our groceries lol. Perfect location on the river. Contact with management was superb. If I had questions, they were quick to answer. Highly recommend!!

It was our second trip staying with 1423 Simba Run and it was very pleasant stay. The unit has everything you need as well as it was clean and convenient. The dedicated shuttle departed right of the garage and it is just a few steps out from the ski locker room. Great amenities: sauna, steam room, pool and outdoor hot tub. Recommending the apartment and will stay with them in the future indeed!!!

Our condo was exactly what we needed - spacious, comfortable, cozy and clean. We loved having access to a washer and dryer, and access to the bus stop was perfect. We could walk home from the slopes, which was really nice.

This condo was very convenient to everything. Quick and easy access to the beach and is beachside with beautiful view of the ocean. Very clean and comfortable. The owners are wonderful people and the company that manages the reservations were easy to get in touch with if needed. Would highly recommend this condo if you are planning a trip to Panama City Beach.

Great stay for a girl’s weekend

We had a great time, 5 min walk to Seawitch, Fat Pelicans and The Dive. Across the street from the beach with easy access. Walked on the beach to the pier to have lunch at the Tiki Bar. 8 of us visiting for a girls weekend.
