Our Oceanside Luxury Condo features oceanfront living in Flagler Beach! Enjoy breathtaking sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean and sunsets over the Intracoastal.

Located on the first floor this unit gives you the advantage of being able to walk to the beach! This condo features 3 bedroom with 3 full baths along with every amenity your group would want and need in this ideal location. All bedrooms have an en-suite, which is perfect for multi-family guests. Views of the ocean can be seen from the master bedroom and living area. The unit boasts custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances and brilliant granite counters in kitchen and baths. The master has a large en-suite with dual vanity and separate shower.

The building has two under complex parking spaces and an elevator from the garage to your doorstep. There is a community heated pool with jacuzzi to enjoy during those chilly months.

This beachfront condo is close to restaurants, attractions and Flagler Beach pier.

This property will allow up to two dogs (no cats) under 50 pounds, which must be housebroken. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $150. Any pet over the limit must obtain approval.

** Please Note - There will be a beach nourishment along our coastline potentially starting in the 2026. Certain areas may be blocked off while working.

HOUSE RULES

Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests.

Primary Renter: Must be 25 or older.

Cleanliness: Maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay to make check-out easier.

Noise and Parties: Enjoy your vacation with lots of laughter and fun, but no parties, events, performing artists, DJs, or bands are allowed at any time. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and be respectful of the neighbors at all times.

Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (10) at any time.

Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping

Parking: No more than three (3) vehicles allowed.

HOA: Guests will need to complete required HOA paperwork prior to arrival, which will be sent via DocuSign to your email.

Pets: If you are bringing a pet (dogs only) you will need to provide a copy of their most recent vaccination records.

DISTANCES (so close to much of everything NE Florida has to offer): Historic St. Augustine is about 45 minutes away and is a must-see with its rich history as being the Nation's Oldest City teeming with museums, tours, historical sites, award-winning food, and shopping! Just south is the family-friendly community of Flagler offering oceanfront restaurants, bars, and a fantastic fresh farmers market. Orlando's Disney World is 90 minutes away for amusement park enthusiasts.

Frequently Asked Questions

Please remember you are in Florida, where temperatures routinely exceed 90 degrees during the day. If it is over 90 degrees outside, the AC will struggle to cool the house below 75 degrees. Setting the temperature 20 degrees or more below the outside temperature or running it with windows and/or doors open will cause the AC system to run excessively, which may cause the HVAC system to freeze and malfunction.  If this happens, you may incur an additional charge for AC repair and you will not have any AC until the AC company is able to resolve the issue.  Refunds will not be issued.  We recommend keeping blinds and curtains closed during the day to limit light/heat from entering the property.
Please be aware & mindful that there are alligators throughout the fresh water areas of Palm Coast & Flagler Beach. You should assume that there is an alligator in every pond, lake & fresh water river.  Please do not allow small children or dogs near the edge of these fresh water areas.  DO NOT feed or taunt the alligators!
​Many different pests live and thrive in this part of Florida. We get asked about Palmetto Bugs all the time. They can be pretty big, can fly and will scurry around the floor but they are largely harmless. They do occasionally come inside, especially at night and during or after any storms. Rest assured all of our homes are professionally treated at least quarterly for pests. Any bugs that manage to get inside will die quickly.

If you leave the doors or windows open, especially at night, you will likely see a few. This is perfectly normal. If you see 20 or 30 all in one place then please let us know. This might mean we have a nest somewhere in the home and we'll need to get pest control out to take care of it. This is extremely rare! Manager does not accept liability for unfortunate and seasonal visits of any wildlife including but not limited to rodents, insects, and sea life, and no refund or credit will be given related to such unforeseen events.

Tree Frogs & Lizards are also indigenous to our tropical climate and will be around all of our properties. These are good for the environment and are not anything that we treat for!  You may find the occasional one has gotten into the property and not made it out - or has gotten in and is hopping around. There is nothing wrong with this - it is part of our local environment.  

Please don't worry about bugs, enjoy your vacation. You'll likely not see any while you are here, we just include this note so you understand it's not unusual to see some and it doesn't mean the home isn't well looked after! 
 
Where Applicable: For your safety, the weight limit for bunk beds is 80 pounds or follow posted weight limit restrictions.
IMPORTANT & REQUIRED
Our properties are protected by Truvi, the digital trust platform that enables Hosts, Operators, and Guests to confidently transact in the short-term rental space. Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted by Truvi directly to verify yourself. A picture ID is required. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.

SEX OFFENDER OR SEXUAL PREDATOR CERTIFICATION 
By booking this property, the guest certifies that neither they nor any person within their booking party is a registered sex offender or registered sexual predator. This certification is required in accordance with city regulations. If any background check confirms that any individual within the booking party is a registered sex offender or sexual predator, all guests will be immediately evicted from the property without refund.

CHECK-IN/OUT
Unauthorized early check-in will incur a fee of $50 per half hour. Guests must vacate the property by the designated check-out time (or the approved late check-out time if granted in writing by the Manager). Failure to do so authorizes the Manager to charge the credit card on file—or deduct from the security deposit—a late departure fee of up to one night’s rental or $50 per half hour, whichever is greater. In addition, all occupants may be subject to eviction, and personal belongings may be removed from the property.
 
NONSMOKING UNIT
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on premises. Your damage deposit will be forfeited and you will incur an additional charge of $500 for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if any evidence of smoking or vaping is found.

PET POLICY
Dogs are only permitted in designated pet-friendly homes. A non-refundable pet fee and signed pet addendum are required prior to arrival. If evidence of a pet is found in a non-pet-friendly property without prior written approval, guests will be required to vacate the premises immediately with no refund of rent or security deposit.
In such cases, a minimum charge of $300 will be applied to the credit card on file to cover cleaning and additional costs, which may include but are not limited to: flea treatment, deodorizing, carpet and upholstery cleaning, and repair of any pet-related damage.
Neither the Homeowner nor the Manager is responsible for illness or injury to pets or humans while on the property. The behavior and supervision of all dogs remain the full responsibility of the Tenant or pet owner at all times.
  
UTILITIES
No compensation will be given for the temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, cable, internet, telephone service or pool heating. Outages will be reported immediately and all efforts will be made to have them restored as soon as possible.

SLEEPING CAPACITY/DISTURBANCES
Tenant and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for any of the following: Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity per listing description, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interfere with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.

CONSTRUCTION
iTrip nor the Owner is not responsible and is not in control of any actions of other adjacent property owners. No refunds will be given for adjacent construction noise or inconvenience. 

BUNK BED LIABILITY WAIVER
Tenant acknowledges that the property includes bunk beds, which are used at the Tenant’s and guests’ own risk. The top bunk has a weight limit of 100 pounds. Use beyond this limit is not permitted and may result in injury or damage.
Tenant assumes full responsibility for all use of the bunk beds and surrounding area. If children are present, Tenant agrees to supervise them at all times and accept full responsibility for their safety.
iTrip and the Owner are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or misuse of the bunk beds. Tenant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless iTrip and the Owner for any injury or claim related to bunk bed use by Tenant or their guests.
By proceeding with the reservation, Tenant accepts these terms and assumes all risks.
 
HOLD HARMLESS
Liability Waiver and Force Majeure Clause
iTrip and the Owner are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or personal property. We also assume no responsibility for inconveniences, delays, or damages caused by temporary utility outages (water, gas, electricity, internet, etc.), maintenance issues, or the unavailability of amenities due to circumstances beyond our control ("Force Majeure"). This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, weather events, pandemics, government actions, labor strikes, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
There will be no refunds for early departures, late arrivals, or cancellations due to weather.
By choosing to stay at the property, you and all occupants agree to release and hold harmless iTrip and the Owner from any and all claims, injuries, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your stay, regardless of cause, including negligence. You further agree to indemnify iTrip and the Owner from any claims brought by other occupants related to your actions during the stay. Acceptance of these terms is required to occupy the property.

BBQ GRILL
Guests acknowledge they shall not leave the bbq grill unattended while in use to include heating the grill up. Any damage to the grill due to it being left unattended will result in a replacement charge of $300. Guests acknowledge they are responsible for cleaning the grill after each use. Failure to clean the grill will result in a $25 charge. 

CANDLES, FIREWORKS, HAIR DYE, GLITTER, CONFETTI, STAINING SUBSTANCES
Guests are strictly prohibited from using candles, fireworks, hair dye, fabric dye, glitter, confetti, self-tanning products, or any other staining substances inside the property. These items can cause permanent damage to towels, linens, furniture, flooring, and fixtures. Any stains or damage caused by such materials will result in additional cleaning or replacement charges. Any use of glitter or confetti will result in a minimum of $300 for additional cleaning. Please help us maintain a clean and welcoming home for all guests.
 
MAINTENANCE
Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, internet connection, and stereos.
 
PARKING
Parking at or on the premises is limited (see listing description). No boats, jet skis, trailers, or RVs. If there are more than the allowed cars or there are unauthorized vehicles of any kind at or on the Premises, the Owner and/or the Owner’s Agent may tow or have the extra cars and/or unauthorized vehicles towed without notice at the Tenant’s sole expense.
 
LINENS/TOWELS/SUPPLIES/FURNITURE
Linens & towels are provided. Excessive Stains, Damage or loss of the Linens will result in a $50 Charge.  An initial supply of paper products is provided. There is a $50 fee to restage the house if furniture is moved around and not returned to its original place.

LOST & FOUND
Any items left that a guest leaves and wishes to be returned and shipped will incur a $30 fee plus shipping. 

SUSCRIBE TO TEXT COMMUNICATION
By booking, Guest provides consent to receive text communication from iTrip relating to your reservation.  Guests can opt out of this text communication at any time by following specified opt out at any time.
We utilize third party professional service companies for the provision of Handyman Services, A/C & Heating Repair, Pest Control, Wildlife Removal, Plumbing Repair, Pool & Hot Tub Service, Electrical Repairs, Appliance Repairs and any other repair or maintenance of a technical or specialist nature.  We only used trusted, reputable professional service companies to assess, repair and replace equipment that needs attention. We will work with them to get the first available service appointment. Due to many companies experiencing staffing shortages it can be a challenge to get fast, timely service. Rest assured we will do our best to resolve issues quickly and our service providers understand our need for fast, reliable care.  Due to the global supply crunch, parts and even replacement units may not be available which can be frustrating. Please be patient as we work hard behind the scenes to make small miracles happen on a daily basis!

Guests are not authorized to perform, schedule or coordinate any repairs to anything at the property during their stay. No one may perform any maintenance work on the home without our specific permission in writing. 
The person who makes the reservation must be over 25 years old and must be present during the entire stay.   A mobile number must be provided where we can contact the primary renter at all times. If code enforcement call us with any issues we need to be able to contact someone onsite with 60 minutes to address any issues or you may be liable for any fines imposed by the local government. 

We recommend adding a second mobile number to your account to make sure we can contact someone at all times. This second number may also be used to receive door codes in the event the first phone dies or is left in the unit. 
When you bring in all of your groceries and load up the refrigerator it is going to take time to cool everything back down. Make sure you do not block the vent that brings in the air-flow.  The more full the refrigerator is the harder it is to keep everything cool.  It needs unrestricted air-flow and circulation to be able to keep everything to the appropriate temperature.  Once you put everything in please wait a minimum of four hours before reaching out that there is an issue.

Wow! Had a great weekend at this condo with the kids. The ocean views from the back porch were amazing to wake up to daily. Ground floor was easy to walk to the beach, which could not have been closer. Kitchen well stocked. Beds comfy. Pool had amazing sunset views and was loved by the kids! Would stay again!

Relaxing Getaway

We had a wonderful time visiting the condo. We were visiting with friends and family (8 adults and 1 baby) and we had more than enough room to visit comfortably! The condo is clean, with a beachy esthetic and a stellar view of the ocean. The beds slept well, the showers had great water pressure and were nice and hot, and the kitchen was stocked with cookware, plates, etc. There were plenty of seats for everyone to comfortably hang out and catch up. I was surprised by how quiet and relaxing it was! I did also notice some nice kids toys and games in the closet to keep little ones entertained. Although we didn't use the pool, it looked lovely and the view of the intercoastal from there was nice, as well. The beach was just a quick walk out the patio door and the parking garage and elevator were convenient. It is located within walking distance of a tasty breakfast/lunch spot (Java Joint), and it is just a quick drive into the little town of Flagler Beach for many restaurant options and other activities. This rental is great for a family vacation, catching up with multiple couples, or just a quiet stay. Plus it is pet friendly! We would definitely love to stay again!

What a wonderful place! Well-appointed, plenty of space for the group with a Florida beach feel that was so calming. It felt like the ocean extended right into the condo. You're steps away from the Atlantic with its' beautiful sunrises. On the other side is the Matanzas with gorgeous sunsets. Talk about being in the perfect location - It was spot on. The condo was in a very quiet section of Flagler with a breakfast/lunch place within walking distance and the many restaurants of Flagler Beach only 2 miles away. I hope to return to this gem. We spent six nights at this beautifully appointed condo. It is located just across the street from the beach. Walk out the door to the patio and across the large lawn and down a set of stairs to the beach or go out the back door and it’s a short walk to the pool, hot tub or the Intercoastal waterway to fish, kayak or paddle board. It is an easy walk to several casual and fun restaurants and a short drive to more restaurants and shopping. The condo itself is beautiful with three en-suite bedrooms; you can see the ocean from the master bedroom and living room. It features a chef’s quality kitchen. The town is much quieter than some more touristy cities nearby. I can’t wait to go back.

Perfect family beach getaway with stunning sunsets and great amenities!

We had a great time staying at this condo! The location is perfect because the beach is just across the street, and it feels quiet and private. My family (including my 9 and 5 year olds) enjoyed walking to the beach, and the sunsets over the river with views of the intracoastal waterway were beautiful. The condo was very clean and had plenty of space for my family. It had everything we needed, and the heated pool was great after spending time at the beach. We also liked how close it was to family friendly restaurants like Turtle Shack and local shops. The hosts were super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved staying here and can’t wait to come back!

A beautiful stay!

This is an extraordinary place to truly get away from the maddening crowds. Perfect for families and/ or “adults only” friend time. There are places to eat and drink nearby, but not all surrounding, obstructing the view. The apartment/condo itself is beautifully and comfortably furnished. All day view of the ocean from the living room and patio is stunning. Sunrise is particularly spectacular. And, the beach is just steps across a quiet road. The rooms are spacious with an open living area. Bedrooms are suited well for families. Our children and grandchildren love the place. The heated swimming pool and hot tub were a special treat after beach time. The only negative comment I can make is that we had to leave it too soon. We hope to return before long.

This was one of the best for our family. My family consisting of my husband, myself, our 4 grandkids, and my parents. This was the perfect place have all of us in one space. This unit has so much storage to get organized and everything you will need. Our five days was a perfect. The pool and easy access to the ocean. We cannot say enough nice things about this unit.

Fabulous condo and secluded beach

The condo was beautiful and well-equipped! We've rented a lot of beach condos, and it was definitely our favorite. Easy to access and park and had everything we needed including beach supplies, extra toilet paper, even a few coffees for the Keurig. It's directly across from the beach so you can see it from the master and the living room and there's nothing other than the road between you and the beach. The beach itself was beautiful and very private. We hardly saw another person on it! Highly recommend!

Oceanside Luxury Condo | Flagler Beach

This is the nicest condo in the best location. Not only is the condo super clean, but it’s huge. The kitchen contains any appliance, dish, or utensil you could think of. You can sit at the breakfast bar and enjoy the view of the ocean which is across the street. Or you could sit at the cozy kitchen table and still enjoy the view. The condo’s private pool is a great place to enjoy a relaxing and quiet dip to cool off if you don’t want to walk across the street to the beach. You pretty much have it to yourself too. We saw maybe three people in the pool during our 9 days here. I would definitely stay here again! Loved everything about the place.

Across from ocean. Everything was ready for us. Good communication from management. Cable not working when we arrived and was taken care of within hours after contacting management. Highly recommend this property.
