Welcome to our spacious, luxurious, yet oh-so-cozy, mountain home, affectionally named “The Ranch House". Enjoy staying on a beautiful horse ranch, the Willow Creek Ranch. The drive to this home will take you through Evergreen Colorado and beautiful horse pastures with stunning mountain views.

You'll feel completely removed from the city in this mountain getaway being an hour and 15 minutes from Denver International Airport (DIA). With easy access to historic downtown Evergreen and Evergreen Lake, which are a mere 15-minute drive away where you will find water sports in the summer and ice skating in the winter along with world class restaurants and shopping.

This home a fully stocked kitchen, a large dining table for enjoying meals with family and friends, and large living room area, that has a pull-out couch.

After meals, spill into the living room to read a book, by the fire, play a game, or watch a movie on the TV.

Enjoy the remote tranquility while having all the amenities.

This beautiful home has two bedrooms and one full bathroom.

Don’t want to be inside? Perfect! The Ranch House abuts a national forest and has trail head right on the property!

Don’t want to hike there is a deck right outside the front door that offers you an outdoor living space for drinking your morning coffee or enjoying a glass of wine or local craft beer after a full day of exploring. Imagine sitting, eyes closed, breathing in the fresh mountain air, and listening to the birds. Moose, deer, hummingbirds, and chipmunks are regulars with occasional visits from Elk!

It is required that guests have an All-wheel drive (AWD) or 4-wheel drive vehicle from October through April. Please review the weather forecast as the foothills receive a lot of snowstorms

**HOUSE RULES:**

Maximum occupancy: 8- children must be counted in the max. occupancy unless they are under two (2) & are sleeping in a portable crib* (not provided). Our permit allows for a max of 4 cars to park in the driveway. Tenant stated on Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-seven (25) years-old and acknowledges that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.

Pets are not allowed unless prior consent is given.

We do not allow any parties or events at this home.

No smoking or vaping in the home. Indoor smoking detectors in use. If a smoke smell is found a $200 fee or more will be applied.
