Courtyard Cottage is perfectly situated for wine enthusiasts, with multiple vineyards just a short walk away and countless others within a quick drive. We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

Incredible house for visiting the Willamette Valley. A great location for visiting all the towns of Newberg, Dundee, and McMinnville and the surrounding wineries. The house was perfect for our group of 8 with vineyards right out the back door. We cooked breakfast at home each morning and had all the necessary equipment. We will absolutely remember for our next trip.

You won't regret booking this house. Very well appointed, awesome views, comfortable and convenient. Six of us enjoyed plenty of space and privacy. Loved looking over the vineyard and enjoying a glass around the fire pit. Management was very good at communication and helping in anyway needed. Have booked multiple homes across the country, this was best experience we have had, nicely done!

This house and location are absolute perfection. We stayed here with a group of 9 women for our annual girls trip and we can’t get over how beautiful the house is, and even more so, how beautiful the view from the house is. The surrounding area is stunning with so many beautiful wineries! The extra amenities included in the house are so appreciated (travel toothbrushes, coffee, etc). And the communication with iTrip is fantastic! They are so easy to get ahold of via text messaging, and they check in on you throughout to make sure everything is going well. We HIGHLY recommend staying here!!

We hosted guests from Taiwan in the Courtyard Cottage. What an amazing property. We were 3 couples and the ability to have three bedrooms with our own adjoining bathroom was wonderful . The location was perfect for our winery tours and the dinner options in Dundee were outstanding. We did have some issues with the property but the communication with the property manager was immediate and accomodating. Will visit property again.

Courtyard Cottage surpassed our expectations. We were in Dundee to explore Oregon and wine taste. This property’s location is perfect and the house had everything you could need. It was also very clean, comfortable, and decorated well. There was great outdoor seating options with stunning views. We, actually, wished we would have allowed ourselves more time at the house just so we could have enjoyed it even more.

Courtyard Cottage is amazing!

This is one of the best locations and well stocked Air BNBs I have ever been at. The back porch and hot tub look directly into multiple Winery vineyards. There are 10+ wineries in walking distance and 50+ in driving distance. The hosts gave us some free and reduced tasting coupons at several amazing tasting rooms. The house was as listed and fully stocked for a big group. We had an amazing time and would recommend it at the highest level to any guest!
