This was a excellent rental. The location is right off of the main strip in Rehoboth Beach area. The beach itself is a stones throw away and being able to just walk over to the ocean every night was very satisfying. This rental has new kitchen and paint work done as well as full furniture/utensils so if you have a family it is ready to go. Overall this was a great investment and the owner/landlord will work with you to answer any questions if anything arises. A+

Good stay. We’ve come back to this place for years. We probably take better care of it than other renters. The unit could use some updates. Needs some paint in places, - master shower had low water pressure. Rusty nails in outdoor shower, top floor bath shower light is out, new bedding to spruce up the place, slider on top floor deck very difficult to open and close. We noticed a new sofa-very nice. Otherwise we like the location of this place and the fact that each bedroom has a bathroom. We could send in some guys to spruce it up over the winter if we could get it for a discount next summer, same week!

We were in Dewey to attend the annual Greyhounds Reach the Beach event. The rental was close by to the event headquarters and very beach accessible. Due to a management error, we were unable to get into the house at the designated time. The long term renters were still in the process of moving out. Fortunately, the property manager was able to arrange for the place to be given a "quick" cleaning before we moved our items in. The townhouse definitely needs a lot of TLC!

We had a girls weekend and 10 of us stayed here and it was awesome! It was a perfect location to all of the bars and restaurants, but also just a few houses from the beach. Everything was very clean, spacious, and fit our needs perfectly. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a place!

We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the house! It was perfect for our group. We enjoyed the weekend by running in the bottle and cork 5k/ 10 mile race. It was convenient being able to walk to the bottle and cork. The house was easily accessible and the keypad made it easy for us to go in and out and not have to plan out who had keys. We were in unison in saying we'd love to stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We like to return to this property every year during the same week. This year we noticed it seemed cleaner (better cleaning company?) and we noticed new furniture in the living room and I believe new curtains. additionally the mattress covers seemed new/clean. We had no issues during our stay.

Stayed at the house over Memorial Day weekend. Dewey Beach isn't big to start, but the house couldn't be in a better location. A stone's throw away from everything. Nearly all of the rooms have balconies, and the kitchen is well-stocked with utensils. My only suggestion would be a little more seating in the family room. We would stay here again.

The house was perfect for my family with the four bedrooms and four bathrooms, no waiting. It was very well appointed and a short walk to the beach. Weather was perfect and we had a great time. I left a note in the house indicating that the garbage disposal was not working when we arrived. It made a humming sound like it was stuck on something but would not do anything other than that. It was great to have four places to park.

This house was in a great location and was the perfect lay out for 2 families with 5 kids total. The many decks are great and tons of parking under the house. The appliances are updated. Unfortunately the house was not as clean as someone would expect for a $4000 a week rental. The kitchen floor was filthy. The upholstered furniture and rugs are in dire need of replacement. If it was cleaned better and updated it would have been perfect.

We had a good stay at this property. We stay in dewey every year and notice that all these beach properties get pretty beat up. The cost of the property is high, considering my brother in law stays ocean front for less money. His place is one less bathroom, but with the awesome view of the ocean. The sofa and love seat need to be cleaned. The mattress covers were surprisingly in pretty decent shape. The bed covers all need a good wash. We changed the filter in the furnace since there was an extra one in the closet and the current filter was disgusting. Again, we've noticed this is typical with the beach properties in Dewey. We would like to stay here again next year, same week, if it's available.

We booked my bachelorette party (group of 10 total) for this property, and honestly we didn't think we would like the house very much due to the lack-luster pictures. They didn't capture the interior very well of the house, they made it look much smaller and not very imagine our faces when we walked in and saw that we were completely wrong! We were stunned by how gorgeous it was! It's definitely a bit outdated and could use some TLC, but the rooms were a LOT bigger than the pictures made it seem, and the layout was very nice! The main floor's pictures were very badly done, you can't get the full effect of how nice and big the layout is. You would never know how big the place was from the outside. We were very worried about 10 girls being too noisy for the neighbors, but either we didn't have any or they couldn't hear how loud we were because some of us definitely pulled all nighters! What next blew our minds was the location. I had planned this on purpose, but had only been in town once several years ago and didn't know how much there really was around us...literally everything we needed was mere steps away! It was PERFECT for our bachelorette party, since we could go anywhere and not worry about drunk driving! We ate dinner at Hammerheads directly across from our unit twice, it's the perfect beach dive place. Starboard, of course, was our main hang for the weekend but we ventured everywhere and had a BLAST. The beach was so close, I honestly thought it was better not being beach-side, but thats mainly because while we were there it was FREEZING for some weird reason and the beach wasn't comfortable. We tried, though! I will note a few things that could be improved on (as a daughter of a builder and beach house owner myself): 1. The ceiling fans need to go. They are so old and all of them are coming out of the ceiling, none of us were able to turn them up past the lowest level because they'd start rocking so violently. I was in the master bedroom and would be kept up all night if the main floor fan was on, as it was right underneath our bed and the rocking was a dull banging noise that made it impossible to sleep. 2. The screen doors are all very screwed up. The master bedrooms screen door to the balcony was installed backwards and was quite difficult to open. The main floor's was problematic as well. 3. The kitchen floors were very sticky when we arrived, and the air was turned down to 50! It was an icicle! 4. Large cars are better parking in the assigned spot rather than under the unit. We were able to fit three cars under the house and when I tried to back my Explorer out, it took 15+ minutes to maneuver it out of there without hitting any was a mission in itself! 5. The bedroom doors need to be upgraded to something much heavier. Any noise made, whispering or otherwise, carries right up the stairs into all the bedrooms. The master bedroom is in the worst spot for this; it's right up the stairs from the main floor & over the balcony below, so if people are doing anything either downstairs or outside, you hear it all. I didn't sleep very well for most of the trip, but I wasn't really there to sleep! Overall, my bachelorette weekend was everything I could have asked for & more. The crowds were great and the whole set up was perfect, I'd definitely rent this unit again next time! Thanks for providing us with memories that will last a lifetime!
