You’re within walking distance of everything Dewey Beach has to offer! Enjoy over 16 restaurants and bars within eight blocks, plus coffee shops, boutiques, and bay access for jet skis, paddle boards, and kayaking. When you’re ready to explore beyond Dewey, the trolley stop is just steps away, providing easy access to Rehoboth Beach’s shops, boardwalk, games, rides, restaurants, and nightlife — all without the hassle of driving.
On the first floor, the condo features one bedroom with queen bed and full bath with a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, dining room and kitchen bar with access to a private balcony overlooking Dewey. The second floor includes a spacious living room with a mini foosball game table, and the primary bedroom with a king bed and another full bathroom. There are smart TVs in the primary bedroom, living room and dining room.
Please bring your own sheets and towels. Blankets, pillows and bathmats are provided. If you prefer to rent, we can recommend a local vendor that drops off and picks up.
The fully updated kitchen offers granite countertops and full size appliances and it's stocked with everything you'll need to prepare meals for 6. The coffee makers are K cup and drip. Starters of paper goods will be supplied. Please bring extra paper goods and garbage bags.
You’ll also enjoy two assigned parking spaces in a covered garage, keeping your cars cool and protected from the summer heat. Park your car and forget it.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Guests must be 25 or older to book any property. Unrelated groups must all be 25 or older.
- Linens and Towels: Please bring your own. We supply pillows and blankets. All mattresses have pads. If you wish to rent linens and towels or chairs and umbrellas etc., we recommend Gale Force Rentals in Ocean View. They deliver and pick up.
- Check In / Check Out: 4p / 11a (unless otherwise agreed). Please try not to arrive early or stay late without written consent from management. The cleaners have priority. If you have a problem with the cleaning, contact me immediately and I will address it.
- No smoking in the home please. If you smoke outside the home, please be sure to pick up after yourselves to avoid extra cleaning charges. Evidence of smoking anything inside the house or on the patio will incur extra cleaning fees.
- Wifi & Passwords: Passwords will be at the home or in your check in instructions. Sometimes you can find the PW on the router.
- Kitchens & Baths: Kitchens are well stocked with all necessaries to cook for the advertised occupancy - limited amounts of spices or paper goods will be there. Please bring napkins, paper towels and toilet paper as well as any spices or oils you may wish to use for cooking.
- This is home not pet friendly.
- Cleaning Supplies: There are cleaning supplies.
- Coffee Makers: Both Drip and K-cup
- Washers and Dryers: All homes have them. Usually there is detergent around but we encourage you to bring your own
- Cancellation: Most policies are pretty strict. We encourage the purchase of travel insurance, which is available from us or other vendors. Please consult your lease.
- Parking: This home has reserved parking for 2 cars. Please be sure to park in the reserved spots under the building. Additional paid parking is available on the street
- Chairs and Umbrellas: This home comes with a supply beach chairs or umbrellas.
- BBQ: There is no grilling at this condo.
- When you check out, please return anything you moved to its original position including all interior and exterior furniture, pillows, games, etc. Please check that windows are closed and that the AC is set to 72.
