The living room features a large flat screen TV with a comfy queen sleeper sofa and (2) chairs, where you can snuggle up with some popcorn to enjoy movies or play games. The sliding glass door off the living room offers a private balcony with table and (2) chairs to sit outside & enjoy a great book.

The kitchen is well equipped with a refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and offering a Mr. Coffee for your brewing pleasure. Community charcoal grills and picnic areas are located throughout the community courtyard. The laundry room off the dining room offers a full-size washer & dryer.

The Master Bedroom has a king bed and features a 43” flat screen TV, ceiling fan, large walk-in closet and comfy bedding. The master ensuite bathroom includes a single vanity, step-in shower & commode. The Guest Bedroom has (1) queen bed and (1) twin day bed, 32” flat screen TV, ceiling fan and large double-sided closet & bathroom. The bathroom has a single vanity, tub/shower combo & commode. For additional sleeping, living room features a queen sofa bed.

Stroll 1/2 mile to the June Decker Public Beach Access to enjoy the sugar-white sand between your toes & admire the crystal-clear waters for a free dose of Vitamin D! If you choose to retire from building sandcastles, return to the neighborhood pool or go out on an adventure to enjoy a plethora of restaurants, shopping, water sports, & entertainment, all located less than a mile from the residence.
