This was a nice little mountain cabin. It was smaller than we were expecting, but it was perfect for just the two of us. There were some nice mountain views from the living area and the side bedroom window. I think we were expecting to be a little more secluded, but the neighborhood is very nice and you're not right on top of any neighbors. Just a short drive to downtown Breck.

Condo is just as pictured, was ready when we arrived. Seems very well equipped and comfy. Does need some TLC and updating, but everything basically worked and we weren't there to hang out in the condo anyway! Location is PERFECT!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marsh Haven. It is a lovely unit that is very clean, fully equipped and super comfortable for a family trip. The golf carts and bikes were perfect for getting around the island. Communications were thorough and timely. We hope to stay here again!

Peaceful, beautiful, well located condo. It is comfortable, easy to reach, comfortable, the rooms are spacious the place is clean, many amenities to feel good, very well organized, a few steps from the beach, with a good view from the main balcony and the waterway in the back behind the pool. We fully recommend it

Friends getting together for a small vacay to Folly each year. It was our first time staying at the condo but it won’t be our last. It was beautiful and had everything we needed to make the weekend memorable. Can’t wait to go back next year!
