Your quaint, river-front, Sunset Palm retreat awaits you in this lovely Daytona Beach Shores home! This 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom home sleeps 8 and is nestled off of Peninsula Drive on the beautiful Halifax River and is conveniently located close to the Dunlawton Bridge where you can put in your boat and is just 2 blocks away or a short walk from Daytona’s pristine beaches. A private boat dock with 1 boat slip and a fish cleaning station is just steps from the house! Lounge pool side by the river, soak the sun in all day and watch nature in its full glory. Be sure to watch the sun drop on the Halifax River. Perfect vacation get-away for boaters, anglers and/or nature enthusiasts!

The large master bedroom features river front views, a Queen size bed, 40 inch smart T.V. with Roku (no cable), ceiling fan, small desk (workspace) with chair, closet and private full bath with walk-in shower and separate garden tub. The master’s sliding glass doors provides easy in / out access to its outdoor wooden deck where you can enjoy your favorite drink lounging inside its large pool while gazing at the beautiful river sunsets and its surroundings. Master bedroom which includes an attached bedroom featuring a day bed with trundle (sleeps 2 & is perfect for kids) that has accordion doors to provide privacy if need be. TV in master bedroom is shared and is on a swing mount so you can watch tv from master bedroom or daybed room. Secure and free WiFi!

Second bedroom has a Queen size bed, ceiling fan and walk-in closet with its separate guest bathroom accessible via hallway which includes tub and shower combo. Third bedroom (2nd master suite) has a Queen size bed, ceiling fan, 2 open closets with one closet having a small workspace and its own private bathroom with walk-in shower.

The open kitchen (overlooks the living room and small dining area with views of the Halifax River) features granite countertops and full appliances (refrigerator has an ice-maker) and is well stocked with many essentials such as Ninja standard coffee maker, toaster, blender cookware, plates, cups, etc. to make home cooked meals. Living room features a 58-inch smart screen television with Roku (no cable), sofa, 2 wicker chairs, 1 chaise, bistro set for 2 and sliding glass doors providing access to the outdoor wooden deck. Formal living/dining room include 2 sofas, and dining table which sits 4.

Washer & dryer in utility room. Parking onsite for 5-6 vehicles with the small, single car garage available for motorcycle parking. In addition, the backyard is fully fenced and has an outdoor shower, patio table, umbrella, chairs, gas fire pit and an outdoor charcoal grill are available to make every night a special and memorable occasion in front of nature’s majestic backdrop!

Frequently Asked Questions

"No pets" policy must be observed. Pets are not allowed on premises unless special circumstances have been made with Property Manager prior to booking.
No. Late check-outs are subject to a $100 fine.
Obtaining entry/keys vary upon property, however most properties are on keyless entry. Your Property Manager will notify you prior to check-in your keyless entry code (or) how to obtain your hard keys. If you are locked out of the property for any reason other than the lock malfunctioning and need emergency assistance after business hours there will be a $125 charge to your credit card.
Tenant must be at least eightteen (18) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the property during the entire reserved dates. Reservations are not to be made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of eightteen (18). Reservations made under 18 or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the property at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 18 (eightteen) years of age! Any violators will be evicted according to Florida Statute 508.141 with forfeiture of all monies.
Smoking is not allowed inside the unit or home.
There is no daily maid service. Linens and towels are included and not to be taken from the unit. An initial setup of trash liners, bathroom paper, soap is provided. There is a one time cleaning fee. Additional cleaning fees will be due in the event that cleaning involves the removal of excessive sand or trash. Please report any dissatisfaction within the first 24 hours. 
All keys & parking permits are to be returned upon move-out by Tenant. There will be a $75.00 charge per hard key, $100.00 charge per fob key & $100 charge per parking permit if not left in Unit or Home at check-out date or if they get lost/damaged. Property manager may make special arrangements for keys & parking permits to be returned depending on the property.
Please report any maintenance needs to us within the first 24 hours using the given iTrip maintenance email address within your check-in procedures and we will respond as quickly as possible. Please do not email our booking department. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to down amenities including but not limited to WiFi, heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, etc.
The maximum number of occupants shall not exceed the total people stated in the Rental's Property Listing, not including a child in a crib.
Parking varies upon rental property. Please abide by the Parking information provided within the Rental's Property Listing and/or Check-in Procedures otherwise you risk having your vehicle towed. Boats, jet skis, trailers or RVs must also abide by the Rental Property's Listing and/or Check-in Procedures and may not be allowed. Please verify with Property Manager before arrival if uncertain.
The owners furnish linens and bath towels. Any lost or damaged linens could incur an additional charge. An initial supply of paper products is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Tenant. Limited cleaning supplies may be provided. We recommend that you bring any special items that you may need.
Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises under the following circumstances: in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).

Great house for multiple friends / family...plenty big enough inside and out...the pool and the view of the waterway are great! But, if coming with trucks and trailers know the parking is tight...we were able to fit (3) full size trucks and (2) trailers along with (6) motorcycles but it took a little imagination and a friendly neighbor to get us all in there. The right side of the driveway does not go with this house and the neighbor was kind enough to let us use a small area of his yard to back a trailer.

We originally booked for ten days, but we loved the house and location so much we extended for another month. The views/sunsets from the backyard are stunning. We watched the dolphins play every evening. The house is extremely well equipped. Beds are comfortable, linens were good. Kitchen has everything needed. The house has more seating and lighting than any other rental we’ve been in and it made the house very comfortable. The kids loved the pool. We spent many evenings utilizing the outdoor grill and propane fire pit. Location cannot be beat. It’s central to everything, yet tucked away. Less than a mile to a Publix, convenience store and food options. Beach is only a few blocks away.
