- Pets are allowed if you stay 6 months or longer. Pet fee will apply.
- No check-ins on Sunday in June or July.
- No early check-in or late check-out

Gather around in the second living area to relax, entertain and make a drink where you'll find a custom wine/liquor bar, wine refrigerator, Full sleeper sofa, 2 swivel barrel chairs, high top table with 4 swivel bar stools and a 42" cable TV. Beyond “adequate”! (Understatement) LOL 05/06/2022

This area of Daytona Beach is our favorite and Towers Ten is the ideal location for everything — directly on the ocean and situated at the juncture of A1A and Dunlawton which makes errands so much easier — not that you’ll ever want to leave the unit! Beautifully decorated and offering every amenity you could possibly imagine; the owner even had a recorder for the main TV installed so we could record our favorite shows and fast forward through the commercials. That’s service! Sunsets over the Halifax are amazing from this 20th floor unit and a separate living area on that end of the unit provides seating accommodations so that you can easily enjoy the view with friends (wine fridge is conveniently located in this area — coincidence? I think not!) The building does have a lot of rules but that results in a very clean property. Paula and Donna at Ponce Inlet Realty are wonderful to work with and we can’t thank them enough for making us aware of this little piece of heaven. Only 8 months until our return!

My husband and I have rented in Daytona Beach Shores for 19 years now, and I must say Towers 10, 2005 has been our absolute favorite. The kitchen is FULLY stocked! We have always taken a crock pot with us, but 2005 had one for us! Normally, we don’t seem to have enough dishes to cook with and/or eat on, so we always go the Good Will to purchase additional kitchen essentials! In Towers Ten 2005, we never set foot in a Good Will, we needed nothing! It was GREAT! The bedding, pillows, and mattresses were also comfortable, like being at home. Everything in this Condo was in great working order and Donna at Ponce Inlet Realty was great to deal with. This was an amazing vacation for us, 4 weeks in the sun, celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary. We have already booked for next year and hope to continue
