"No pets" policy must be observed. Pets are not allowed on premises unless special circumstances have been made with Property Manager prior to booking.
No. Late check-outs are subject to a $100 fine.
Obtaining entry/keys vary upon property, however most properties are on keyless entry. Your Property Manager will notify you prior to check-in your keyless entry code (or) how to obtain your hard keys. If you are locked out of the property for any reason other than the lock malfunctioning and need emergency assistance after business hours there will be a $125 charge to your credit card.
Tenant must be at least eightteen (18) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the property during the entire reserved dates. Reservations are not to be made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of eightteen (18). Reservations made under 18 or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the property at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 18 (eightteen) years of age! Any violators will be evicted according to Florida Statute 508.141 with forfeiture of all monies.
Smoking is not allowed inside the unit or home.
There is no daily maid service. Linens and towels are included and not to be taken from the unit. An initial setup of trash liners, bathroom paper, soap is provided. There is a one time cleaning fee. Additional cleaning fees will be due in the event that cleaning involves the removal of excessive sand or trash. Please report any dissatisfaction within the first 24 hours. 
All keys & parking permits are to be returned upon move-out by Tenant. There will be a $75.00 charge per hard key, $100.00 charge per fob key & $100 charge per parking permit if not left in Unit or Home at check-out date or if they get lost/damaged. Property manager may make special arrangements for keys & parking permits to be returned depending on the property.
Please report any maintenance needs to us within the first 24 hours using the given iTrip maintenance email address within your check-in procedures and we will respond as quickly as possible. Please do not email our booking department. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to down amenities including but not limited to WiFi, heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, etc.
The maximum number of occupants shall not exceed the total people stated in the Rental's Property Listing, not including a child in a crib.
Parking varies upon rental property. Please abide by the Parking information provided within the Rental's Property Listing and/or Check-in Procedures otherwise you risk having your vehicle towed. Boats, jet skis, trailers or RVs must also abide by the Rental Property's Listing and/or Check-in Procedures and may not be allowed. Please verify with Property Manager before arrival if uncertain.
The owners furnish linens and bath towels. Any lost or damaged linens could incur an additional charge. An initial supply of paper products is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Tenant. Limited cleaning supplies may be provided. We recommend that you bring any special items that you may need.
Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises under the following circumstances: in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).

Reviews

Lovely Stay Despite the Disappointing Temperatures!

We had originally chosen a different condo than the one in which we actually stayed. A week before our departure, we were informed the condo we rented in January 2025, was no longer a property available since the owners pulled the listing from iTrip Daytona. Fortunately, iTrip Daytona was able to place us in the condo, #206 (originally booked in #204), at no additional cost. Clearly we were disappointed because I could have chosen 206 over 204, but we were grateful iTrip Daytona was able to move us seamlessly. The condo in which we stayed was fine. We had issues getting in the door and the concierge service was likewise unable to open it. A maintenance worker arrived after a short wait and was able to work the key and bully the door to open. We were told the unit had not been used in a while and was stuck, but it was in need of a by-pass lock for easier entry. An email to iTrip maintenance resolved it the next day. Once the new by-pass was in place, we were easily in and out. We found #206 superficially clean, but not deep cleaned as we would have preferred. I dusted mopped, swept, wiped black marks from the fridge, stove, walls, etc. and it was then up to acceptable standards. The unit has no stick or other type of vacuum so we purchased a Swiffer duster/mop and hand duster along with other items to thoroughly clean. Due to the sand, which everyone expects at the beach, a sweeper would have been far better than a cheap Swiffer, but we were not willing to invest in a mop, bucket and vacuum. The bedroom closet was unusable because it housed a broken TV, discarded artwork, blow up beds, and seemingly linens that were meant for the sofa bed. This caused us to house our luggage along the wall at the foot of the bed--inconvenient to say the least. When I attempted to unpack, I found half of the six drawer dresser contained an extra blanket, mattress pad, dust ruffles for the main bed and other items. I had to remove them in order to have space to unpack for the two of us. Voila, the closet that I couldn't use to store our luggage became the storage area for these items. We found the ice maker wasn't functioning and an email resolved that issue and a replacement was placed the day after our check-in. There are sconces on both sides of the slider that never worked along with a light switch in the array outside the kitchen that controlled nothing. There is missing baseboard throughout the unit and the baseboard and trim are sorely in need of paint. The walk-in shower was nice, but no grab bars and for the ladies--a difficult type in which to shave. The shower doors were difficult to operate and frequently got stuck in the track which required someone on the outside to lift and move. The condo had over the door hooks for bathrobes, night wear, towels, etc., but there were no dedicated hooks in the entryway for coats, umbrellas and the like. An attractive, sturdy coat hanger system on that wall would be lovely and potentially a shoe mat to place shoes upon entry and diminish the sand entering the unit. I realize a coat rack in the warmer months would be useless, but in the winter season (or cooler fall season), it would be nice in an otherwise unusable space. Another suggestion would be to add a couple of bar stools at the kitchen counter. While, admittedly space is at a premium, a couple of smaller stools would be great. The drop leaf table may accommodate four, but there are only two chairs. We found the unit well stocked with pots, pans, baking trays, glasses, dishes, bowls and the like. There was also a nice complimentary variety of spices and oils. There was a dry Coffeemate creamer, but it was unusable as well--hard as a rock and needed to be discarded. The 65" TV in the living room was great once we figured out how to operate it--specifically, which remote controlled what--ditto the bedroom. Sadly, we were unable to cast (nor download) DISH Anywhere to it and likewise the TV in the bedroom which was our hope. The living room was equipped with Spectrum and worked well--again, once we figured it out. There were no instructions about either TV and how to operate. We are fairly streaming and app literate so this was quickly resolved. It is disappointing, however, that there is only streaming in the bedroom so bring those log-ins and passwords! Now, onto the good/great! Location, concierge and other staff as well as the folks at iTrip Daytona were professional, friendly and got the jobs done when needed. Props! We enjoyed the location at the quiet end of the beach--felt safe always and within walking distance to several fabulous restaurants. Publix is near and Walmart, Target, etc. within short drives. As I said, a quieter area of the beach and safety is a blessing! This is a smallish, more old time Daytona type resort--if you remember the 70s, you know what I mean. This is also a good thing. The unit was nice, spacious, clean and practical. We loved the layout of the condo allowing us to hang out on the balcony or living room & do some cooking too. The location is great, literally just steps from the beach. We felt very safe there. Several restaurants are nearby, as are a grocery store, pharmacy and gas stations. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
