- ALL BOOKINGS MUST BE MADE 48 HOURS OR MORE PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE UNLESS PRIOR APPROVAL IS MADE BY MANAGER FIRST.

- Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the property during the entire reserved dates. No exceptions!!

- No more than 6 people allowed in unit

- No oversized vehicles

- No smoking

- No pets allowed

- No check-ins on Sunday in June or July.

- No early check-in or late check-out

12/21/22 - Pool, Hot Tub, Lower pool deck w/grill are open. 2/22/23 - Beach access remains closed, but access is available 2 lots north of the Sand Dollar. 2/28/23 - Significant building construction going on and will continue for the remainder of 2023, which may cause loss of amenities. ***Please note that this property may have some after effects caused by Hurricane Ian/Nicole that are not shown in the photos and descriptions which were taken prior to the storm. The property is currently available based on it being in a rentable condition; the effects may be, but are not limited to down amenities and exterior cosmetics items. There will be no refunds or credits for the aforementioned issues if applicable.***

You'll come alive in this newly renovated and beautifully decorated condo with views of both the ocean and river! If you can't decide between the ocean-view sunrise (or) the river-view sunset then why not choose BOTH?!

This lovely 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom Daytona Beach Shores unit sleeps 6 with sleeper sofa. The master bedroom features a King size bed, flat screen cable TV with personal access to its large private balcony. Master walkway with his and her closets lead to master bath with walk-in shower. Guest bedroom sleeps 2 with Queen size bed, flat screen cable television and a private entrance into the second bathroom with tub.

The kitchen has everything you need to entertain and provide home cooked meals. Plenty of seating and eating space is provided around the four-top bar and dining room table. Open living space features a NEW Sleeper Sofa converts to a Queen size bed (install 1/25/21), sitting chair and large flat screen TV. The living space has additional access to the unit's large private balcony where you can enjoy lifted views of the ocean and river from its high-top chairs. Wireless internet access and private washer and dryer in unit.

Enjoy a warm cup of coffee as you watch a spectacular sunrise in the morning then later in the day relax and unwind with your favorite drink as you watch a magnificent sunset! Get the best of both worlds anytime of the year in this sunny, south-end unit!

Amenities include a community heated pool, hot tub, out-door showers, gas grill, picnic tables with umbrellas, sauna, Fitness Room, and access to the World's Most Famous Beach!

The SandDollar is a secured condominium complex in Daytona Beach Shores and is conveniently located near Publix, restaurants, shops and more. A private parking spot underground is designated to the unit. A second car is allowed on the outside upper deck parking with parking permit. There is no trailer parking on property.

Please note: the unit's keys are mailed to you in advance with a self addressed stamped envelope for you to return the keys to us via mail. The mailbox drop off is in the lobby of the SandDollar complex.

Are pets allowed?

"No pets" policy must be observed. Pets are not allowed on premises unless special circumstances have been made with Property Manager prior to booking.

Are there late check-outs?

  Daytona Beach
No. Late check-outs are subject to a $100 fine.

How do I obtain my keys?

  Daytona Beach
Obtaining entry/keys vary upon property, however most properties are on keyless entry. Your Property Manager will notify you prior to check-in your keyless entry code (or) how to obtain your hard keys. If you are locked out of the property for any reason other than the lock malfunctioning and need emergency assistance after business hours there will be a $125 charge to your credit card.

How old do I have to be to book?

  Daytona Beach
Tenant must be at least eightteen (18) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the property during the entire reserved dates. Reservations are not to be made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of eightteen (18). Reservations made under 18 or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the property at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 18 (eightteen) years of age! Any violators will be evicted according to Florida Statute 508.141 with forfeiture of all monies.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not allowed inside the unit or home.

Is there maid service?

  Daytona Beach
There is no daily maid service. Linens and towels are included and not to be taken from the unit. An initial setup of trash liners, bathroom paper, soap is provided. There is a one time cleaning fee. Additional cleaning fees will be due in the event that cleaning involves the removal of excessive sand or trash. Please report any dissatisfaction within the first 24 hours. 

What if I lose the property's keys or parking perm

All keys & parking permits are to be returned upon move-out by Tenant. There will be a $75.00 charge per hard key, $100.00 charge per fob key & $100 charge per parking permit if not left in Unit or Home at check-out date or if they get lost/damaged. Property manager may make special arrangements for keys & parking permits to be returned depending on the property.

What if we have a maintenance issue?

Please report any maintenance needs to us within the first 24 hours using the given iTrip maintenance email address within your check-in procedures and we will respond as quickly as possible. Please do not email our booking department. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to down amenities including but not limited to WiFi, heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, etc.

What is the number of occupancy allowed?

The maximum number of occupants shall not exceed the total people stated in the Rental's Property Listing, not including a child in a crib.

What kind of parking is available?

  Daytona Beach
Parking varies upon rental property. Please abide by the Parking information provided within the Rental's Property Listing and/or Check-in Procedures otherwise you risk having your vehicle towed. Boats, jet skis, trailers or RVs must also abide by the Rental Property's Listing and/or Check-in Procedures and may not be allowed. Please verify with Property Manager before arrival if uncertain.

What supplies are provided?

The owners furnish linens and bath towels. Any lost or damaged linens could incur an additional charge. An initial supply of paper products is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Tenant. Limited cleaning supplies may be provided. We recommend that you bring any special items that you may need.

Will the owner / owner's agents enter the property

Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises under the following circumstances: in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).

Very nice place that was clean. Nice veranda that faces south (sun) and to see the ocean off to the side. The unit is located at the front of the building which means it is close to the street but the traffic noise was very minimal. I would stay there again.

trs mauvais service jamais reu nos clefs de plus ont devais nous attendre au condo pour nous les remettes personne ne s est prsenter nous avons du louer une chambre dans un htel on est supposer nous rembourser l htel et une nuit de condo mais pas de nouvelles depuis de la part de Jessica en plus c est trs vieux vraiment ont s est fait avoir payer aussi cher pour cette scrap plus jamais un condo louer et payer avant de l avoir vue auparavant

Our stay has been a rough one until today around lunch. We spent Saturday afternoon and night through today, (Tuesday), at lunch in a hot condo. The HVAC repair people came today thankfully and fixed the A/C. We would have been much more comfortable at home until now. Almost 3.5 days have been spent sweating in our room. We are entitled to some compensation for this inconvenience. The condo owner should reimburse us for a portion of our stay.

Booking without much notice, I was not too sure what I would find when I arrived. Pleasantly surprised! Overall, it was very nice. We absolutely loved the layout of the outdoor space (pool, picnic area, hot tub, restrooms nearby). The layout of the unit was also perfect for us. We usually have oceanfront but having an ocean view and 2 city views was very nice. Large balcony space was great! My sons enjoyed the large tv in the living room. The kitchen was well equipped! I was surprised to find no hair dryer in the condo, but one was brought to me the following morning. Very nice gesture! The only improvements I would suggest would be better linens for the master bed and a new mattress/foundation. The mattress felt more like a cot on a metal frame. I will definitely recommend booking this unit.
