This was our second stay in this particular location this year, and there could not have been a been a better choice to suit our needs. The location is very nice, the house itself is quite comfortable and welcoming, and the property management team is very helpful and responsive to requests or issues that might arise.

Great, clean and well renovated property in an excellent location, with great views, direct access to the beach and privacy. Greg and Elisa are excellent hosts who are responsive and helpful. Highly recommended for both families or a couple getaway.

Had a fantastic time on Folly Beach staying at the “Penthouse” unit 4. It held 10 people (4 couples, 2 singles) easily. Everyone had their own room. Porch has a great view of the ocean and it is less than a minute walk to the beach. Everything was very clean and extremely convenient. Small grocery/convenience store right next door, restaurants and bars all within few minutes walking distance.

This is our second time staying at the Shell Station House and we loved it both times. It’s the perfect location and has everything we need. The ONLY complaint is that there is very weak water pressure (if someone is doing laundry or in another bathroom it’s almost impossible to shower). Other than that I have nothing but good things to say. We’d stay here again gladly!!
