great family vacation house. very homey and comfy. our kids had a amazing time. (they didn’t want to leave). loved seeing the alligator in the back. just all around a great place to have our family together for a vacation!

The area was quiet and not congested. We had no problems at condo. It was beautiful and quiet! Very clean! We enjoyed our stay! It is upstairs and bedrooms were upstairs which was a little difficult for the elders in our family.

Decor of the unit looked like it was decorated by someone's grandmother, but appliances all worked well and space was clean and comfortable. Loved the amenities of Simba Run with the convenient ski shuttle, hot tubs, and ski lockers. A great find!

Cozy cabin in the woods

Our stay went great, it’s obvious the owners are working to build a getaway spot out in the woods. Not too far from Chattanooga or from the beautiful Cloud Canyon State Park. The room was open and cozy with just about everything we needed for our stay. Our favorite bonus perk was the hammock under the deck, it was incredibly relaxing to just sway back and forth and enjoy the woods.

Condo very clean and well appointed. Ski in and ski out was perfect. Went with our teen age grandkids and there was plenty of room. No change machines in laundry room and only takes quarters. On third floor, which was disclosed. Rented a vehicle but did not need all week. Everything was within a few minute walk.
