Check out this professionally decorated 4 bedroom 3 bath pool home. The rooms are large and open, the ideal floor plan and kitchen area for one or more families. The private pool with covered lanai is waiting for everyone to come outside and enjoy the great Orlando weather. This awesome house also has convenient access to a bath room just off the patio.
This great home has a fully stocked kitchen. The dining area is near the kitchen and seats 8 and a breakfast bar for the kids that seats two more. Additionally there is an eat in kitchen with 4 chairs and table. The family room is open to the kitchen and dining areas and has a 50 inch TV and there is another 50 inch TV in the den which also has a sofa sleeper which will sleep up to two people.
There are two king sized beds, one is a master suite with garden tub and shower and access directly to the pool area. Both kings have 38 inch TVs. Additionally, there is another queen master with private bath and 30 inch TV. There is a unique combination of a full and twin room with shared bath and a 30 inch TV so this room can sleep up to 3 people.

Solterra Resort is one of the newest communities in the area and a short 15 min drive door to door to Disney, 20 minutes to designer shopping outlets, and 35 minutes to the Orlando Airport. Additionally it is only an hour and a half to the beaches.

My family and I stayed at this location for 2 weeks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stayed and the iTrip team is wonderful. If you have any issues they are great at responding back to you in a timely fashion. If you have any questions or concern they will make every effort to accommodate you. I have stayed with iTrip over the last 5 years and this is my preferred choice. There are many companies that rent houses but if you want exceptional service go with iTrip. Kyong M. L.
The resort is very nice. The home is great. It is spacious and roomy. My family really enjoyed the private pool. I would suggest that the owners invest in new towels because they are torn and worn out. Other than that we are enjoying our time and will definitely book at the resort again! Kristi S. A. (Mgmt. My husband and I were very happy with the house and club house amenities. The house was beautiful and clean just as the pictures show it. The club house heated pool, lazy river, water slide , exercise room were a few blocks away but were worth the walk or short drive. We had no problems with visitors checking in at the front gate. Just had to give our name and address and they were given a car pass. Kari was always helpful and responded quickly with all my email questions. Evelyn (Housekeeping) was also very friendly and helpful. We we short on towels and the very next day she brought additional towels for us. A suggestions is that the pots/pans be up-graded to non-stick. Our house pool was not heated but the cost of $30 a day or $350 for the month was excessive. We could not heat the pool because the equipment was broken shortly after our arrival and was not repaired until a few days before our departure. Cathy J. (Mgr. We had a great stay at the house. Everything was as described. Very nicely decorated. Great community with a fabulous community pool with water slide that’s heated. We paid for house’s pool to be heated as well, and it was warm enough for my kids by the first full day (even during a Florida cold snap). We had one freak maintenance issue with the front door that was very promptly addressed. Very happy with the quick response when needed. David McC. Dec., 2020
We loved our stay in the beautiful and secure Solterra resort! The house had everything we wanted and the price was great too, not to mention the owners answered our questions in a timely manner upon booking! The pool was huge and we definitely took advantage of the heated pool option as the weather was a little cool. The batman themed gameroom was a big hit with our boys. My experience with Premier Resort Properties has been great. Better than what I had expected. The home we are renting is exactly as described and even better This home is really top notch. It was unfortunate that your car was towed however, there are signs clearly posted by the Resort in the community regarding parking on street overnight, grass, blocking sidewalks etc. Additionally we provide a notice about parking within the resort and at the home in the welcome letter that all guests receive (this information is in the same document that includes the door code, resort access etc) "All Vehicles must be parked fully in the driveways, not overhanging the sidewalk or into the street. Do not park on the grass at any time. There is no overnight street parking except in specifically marked/lined areas. Any of these infractions could result in the vehicle getting towed at the vehicle owner’s expense." Thank you.

We would like to thank the guest for letting us host their stay. As mentioned by the guests, the grill rental is an optional item for various homes. For this home, grill rental is available and if ordered, it should be there upon arrival. The rentals are ordered from and provided by a third party vendor, they are responsible for delivery and pick up. Upon first notice of the grill wasn't there, follow up with the 3rd party vendor was done. They assured us it would be delivered the next day. This was also told to us a second time, which we in turn, in good faith told the guests. It was a few days later that the guests said to cancel the grill rental as it still hadn't come. We were unaware it had not been delivered. It was no issue returning the payment for the grill, if it wasn't provided, the money should be refunded. Additional compensation for not receiving a grill would not be warranted as the money paid for the grill was refunded. Pool toys are not provided by any management company. These are usually purchased by a guest during their stay if desired. Not all of the homes in the Solterra community are rentals so some residential homes may have toys in their pools. The community pool and amenities are ruled by the HOA and their staffing. The private management companies have no say in the activities or disciplining of guests at those facilities. We would have been happy to report anything out of the ordinary to the HOA representative if it had been reported to us prior to this posting. We appreciate the guests feedback from their stay. All comments and reports are reviewed and discussed within the team. We would be happy to offer this guest a return stay to our homes at a 10% discount for any inconvenience they have encountered.
