This beautiful 9-bedroom villa is one of the largest villas available for rental in the Disney area! Great for large groups and sleeps an amazing 30 people!
This villa spans over 3,800 sq/ft of professionally furnished decor and furnishings. This awesome home has a south-facing pool and privacy screen. Champions Gate Resort has fantastic amenities (The Oasis), social and recreational amenities for everyone in the family with golf, clubhouses, a lagoon pool with slide, kids playground and splash zone, fine and casual dining, tennis and volleyball, a poolside lounge and grill, lazy river and a fitness center.
The property features 9 bedrooms and 5 baths.
GROUND FLOOR:
On the ground floor, you will enjoy one master suite with a king-size bed, a separate shower, and a garden tub in the bathroom. There is also a separate entrance to the pool area through this master.
The second bedroom also located on the first floor offers a king bed and shared bath. Both of these bedrooms have blackout curtains for those who like to sleep in.
The living room is open and spacious with a total of three sofas to relax and enjoy the TV and watch a movie on Blu-Ray DVD player. This area opens to the partially covered and fully screened lanai and pool area. The large dining area seats ten around the table and another four at the breakfast bar.
If you feel like cooking the beautiful and fully stocked granite and stainless steel kitchen is ready for you. All of this is designed to be open and family-ready. This family-friendly home also offers free local calling and free WI-FI and a safe where you can keep personal items.

Pool Deck
Large South facing pool with privacy screen and spa available with optional pool heating at $30/day (3 night minimum), recommended from October - May. There are two separate patio tables with chairs and lounge chairs to enjoy the Florida sun. Please note that the spa does not heat up like a hot tub. If pool heat is purchased, the spa will be heated to the same temperature as the pool.
Game Room with gorgeous Foosball table, pool table, and large television.
This community is surrounded by 36 holes of golf offered through the Omni Hotel.
The great home is approximately 15 minutes from the entrance of Disney. No where can you get this kind of luxury for the price.

The house was designed for multiple families, but this trip was 15 adult men who aren't sleeping together - yet we found the accommodations to be amazing! 16 beds in the house, one more comfortable than the next, game room, multiple televisions, plenty of dining space, heated pool, easy access, detailed instructions...the list goes on and on. And all for over $1000 LESS than it would have cost us to stay in a 3-star hotel in the same area! This is the second time I have booked this exact house for a group of men on a missions trip. I cannot speak highly enough of the owner, the property, the accommodations, the location, and the overall experience with iTrip. Let this fact tell the story for me: in 2019, we finished our trip on a Sunday and within a couple weeks we had settled on the dates for the 2020 trip AND booked this house for the next year....11 moths in advance because we didn't want to lose it! I do not know for certain that our trip in 2021 will be to central Florida again - but I can guarantee we will decide very soon and, if it is to this area, we ill book this house immediately! Property exceeded my expectations, well-maintained, clean and large enough for a group of 27 to be comfortable . The children enjoyed the pool and patio area. All beds and pillows were comfortable. Rooms are spacious , the resort amenities were great as well. Customer service great all emails answered rather quickly. I have nothing bad to say about property except that the lines & wait to gain entry at security gate were extremely long. I highly recommend this property you will not be disappointed. Tamika K.

Frequently Asked Questions
It is important to keep in mind:
- Pool heat is available from varying dates in October through April.
- Pool heat requires a minimum of 3 nights' purchase
- Pool heat is set at a constant 85 Fahrenheit/29.4 Celsius and is NOT ADJUSTABLE
- The pool heater will heat the water 10-15 degrees above the outside ambient temperature (if the outside temperature is 65F the water can be expected to be 75F)
- Pool heaters will not work if the ambient outside temperature falls below 55 Fahrenheit/16 Celsius.
- The pool heater only runs when the pool pumps are circulating the water, which is not 24/7. Most pumps turn off to conserve power after 8p.
- Please double-check your listing; spas are not hot tubs and spa temperature will be the same temperature as the pool.
- No refunds will be given if local weather conditions cause the pool water temperature to fall short of expectations.

AGE RESTRICTIONS
The primary renter must be 25+ years of age and proof may be required at any time.
PRIMARY RENTER
The primary renter must be staying in the unit for the full duration of the trip. No arbitrage or 3rd party bookings are allowed or will be honored. No parties or events are permitted. Please make sure the information we have (phone number, email address) for the primary renter is accurate and up to date at all times. We work hard to share all applicable information for the home and in the event of an emergency, we need to make sure we can get ahold of you!
NO SMOKING OR VAPING
Smoking and/or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited. Florida law prohibits smoking/vaping on balconies of shared housing (condos/apartments) or shared entryways with other units. Fines starting at $500 will be issued for ANY evidence of smoking or vaping is found in the unit after your departure (including smell).
PETS
Pets are allowed in designated homes ONLY and should be included in the initial booking; if they are not, please reach out to us to add them to your booking ASAP. Additional fees, security deposits, and a health screening are required of any pet. Unauthorized pets may result in immediate removal and up to a $500 fine.
LINNENS | TOWELS | SUPPLIES
Your home will be furnished with bed linens, blankets, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels, if applicable. It will also have ONE of each of the following: body soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, dishwasher tab, clothes washer tab, 1 garbage bag per garbage can, toilet paper, and paper towels. Since occupancy and stay lengths vary, please be prepared to purchase any additional supplies needed for your stay.
ENTRY BY OWNER
The owner or owner's agents may enter the premises due to an emergency, necessary/agreed-upon repairs/alterations/improvements/services, or showing to prospective purchasers, renters, or contractors.
FURNISHINGS
Do not move or remove any furnishings from the premises or property. Fines will be incurred for theft or damages.
GARBAGE
The tenant is responsible for the collection and removal of all trash during the stay. Specific trash instructions will be shared in your welcome letter.
HAZARDOUS PRACTICES
No grills of any kind are permitted inside or in any covered areas. Grills may be used only in open-air areas 50+ feet away from the home. No open flame (e.g., candles) is permitted on the premises. Do not dismantle smoke, carbon monoxide detectors, or pool alarms as they are for your protection.
HOLD HARMLESS
iTrip nor the Owner of the premises assume any liability for (i) loss, damage, illness, or injury to persons or their personal property that occurs during their stay on the premises; (ii) any inconveniences, damage, loss, or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, internet access, electricity or plumbing or (iii) any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from or due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond their control.
MAINTENANCE
Please report any maintenance needs and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to, utility outages, HOA-controlled amenities, heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and internet/WIFI.
PARKING
Parking is limited to the designated area(s) and guests assume all risks. Neither the Owner, Owners Association, nor iTrip is responsible for any vehicle damage/theft. No boats, jet skis, campers, trailers, or RVs, are allowed. Please check your welcome letter for specific HOA rules regarding parking.
POOL, SPA & PATIO/DECK
Tenant acknowledges that if the premises reserved include a pool and/or spa, no lifeguard is on duty. The pool, spa, and patio/deck can be dangerous areas, the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and injury may occur. Diving, horseplay, or running is prohibited. No child or adult non-swimmer is permitted to use the pool without adult supervision by a strong swimmer. NO GLASS is allowed in the pool area.
The pool alarm and pool fence are required by Florida law and MUST NOT be tampered with or disabled. Tenant must immediately report any problems with pool, spa, or safety fencing. Tenant and guests accept and assume all risks involved in using the pool, hot tub, and patio/deck and agree that neither the Owner, owners’ association nor iTrip accepts any responsibility whatsoever in the case(s) of accident or illness resulting from use of these amenities.
Homes with pools and hot tubs are under the weekly care of a team of professionals. As mandated by the state of Florida and for your safety, a team will be onsite once a week to test the water quality and make any necessary adjustments. These visits are not optional and cannot be scheduled, rescheduled, or refused. This team will not access the home and tenant does not need to be present for this visit.
UNIT OCCUPANCY/DISTURBANCES
The maximum occupancy is based on the property limitations in the rental reservation. No parties or events are allowed. Tenants will be removed, fined, and will forfeit all monies for: Exceeding maximum occupancy, any illegal activity, damage to the premises or to neighboring properties; and any acts interfering with neighbors’ right to quiet of their premises.

STAIRS/ACCESSIBILITY
There may be stairs to enter the premises (see pictures and inquire if any concerns).
FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS • HOA RULES
Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all FLORIDA state laws, as well as LOCAL laws and HOA rules while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Florida may result in removal and forfeiture of rental fees and security/damage deposits.
HOA's
Many of our units reside in communities controlled by an HOA (Home Owner's Association), and we must abide by their rules. These rules may include (but are not limited to): registering all vehicles and drivers staying at the unit, vehicle restrictions and limits, registering all guests of the unit, specific trash protocol, pet breed restrictions, quiet times, additional amenity fees, gated entry, and more. Our team will be in touch if your unit falls under an HOA that has additional requirements for entry and specific HOA rules will be shared in your welcome letter.
RESPECTFUL BEHAVIOR
Please treat the home, the neighbors, the community, and our team of iTrip Staff and contractors with respect; we will do the same. iTrip Orlando/Delta Palms, LLC reserves the right to discontinue service and cancel the booking if the tenant or any of the tenant's guests display aggressive or abusive behavior towards our staff.
CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCEL FOR ANY REASON TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Our cancellation policy is as agreed to at the time of booking. We do not refund for hurricanes and any cancelation will be subject to the cancelation policy. We will ONLY refund for nights that a local government body has issued a mandatory evacuation.
DAMAGES
Accidents happen, but you are responsible for any damages, additional cleanings, or service provider call-out fees that are required because of your stay. Fines or fees may be assessed for (but are not limited to): unapproved early check-in, unapproved late check-out, unapproved pets, unapproved guests, smoking or vaping of any kind, missing or damaged items, stains, tears, rips, trash left in the home, HOA-issued fines for violations, service provider calls for guest caused issues, etc. Please report any damages as soon as possible so we can work to resolve them.
