Typically, maid service is only scheduled for after your departure. For stays of 30+ days, we may require one or more cleaning visits to the home. If you would like to add a cleaning stop during your stay, just reach out and let us know! Prices vary on the size of the home. 
A: YES! If you would like to add pool heat to your reservation, please contact us after confirming your booking!

It is important to keep in mind: 
  • Pool heat is available from varying dates in October through April.
  • Pool heat requires a minimum of 3 nights' purchase 
  • Pool heat is set at a constant 85 Fahrenheit/29.4 Celsius and is NOT ADJUSTABLE
  • The pool heater will heat the water 10-15 degrees above the outside ambient temperature (if the outside temperature is 65F the water can be expected to be 75F)
  • Pool heaters will not work if the ambient outside temperature falls below 55 Fahrenheit/16 Celsius.
  • The pool heater only runs when the pool pumps are circulating the water, which is not 24/7. Most pumps turn off to conserve power after 8p.
  • Please double-check your listing; spas are not hot tubs and spa temperature will be the same temperature as the pool.
  • No refunds will be given if local weather conditions cause the pool water temperature to fall short of expectations.

Please be aware that during peak or holiday seasons, 4p check-in may not be guaranteed. Our team will be in touch if we need to slightly delay your check-in. Entering the home before the agreed-upon time or not checking out by the agreed-upon time carries fines. 

AGE RESTRICTIONS
The primary renter must be 25+ years of age and proof may be required at any time.

PRIMARY RENTER
The primary renter must be staying in the unit for the full duration of the trip. No arbitrage or 3rd party bookings are allowed or will be honored. No parties or events are permitted. Please make sure the information we have (phone number, email address) for the primary renter is accurate and up to date at all times. We work hard to share all applicable information for the home and in the event of an emergency, we need to make sure we can get ahold of you!

NO SMOKING OR VAPING
Smoking and/or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited. Florida law prohibits smoking/vaping on balconies of shared housing (condos/apartments) or shared entryways with other units. Fines starting at $500 will be issued for ANY evidence of smoking or vaping is found in the unit after your departure (including smell).

PETS
Pets are allowed in designated homes ONLY and should be included in the initial booking; if they are not, please reach out to us to add them to your booking ASAP. Additional fees, security deposits, and a health screening are required of any pet. Unauthorized pets may result in immediate removal and up to a $500 fine.

LINNENS | TOWELS | SUPPLIES
Your home will be furnished with bed linens, blankets, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels, if applicable. It will also have ONE of each of the following: body soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, dishwasher tab, clothes washer tab, 1 garbage bag per garbage can, toilet paper, and paper towels. Since occupancy and stay lengths vary, please be prepared to purchase any additional supplies needed for your stay. 

ENTRY BY OWNER
The owner or owner's agents may enter the premises due to an emergency, necessary/agreed-upon repairs/alterations/improvements/services, or showing to prospective purchasers, renters, or contractors.

FURNISHINGS
Do not move or remove any furnishings from the premises or property. Fines will be incurred for theft or damages.  

GARBAGE
The tenant is responsible for the collection and removal of all trash during the stay. Specific trash instructions will be shared in your welcome letter. 

HAZARDOUS PRACTICES
No grills of any kind are permitted inside or in any covered areas. Grills may be used only in open-air areas 50+ feet away from the home. No open flame (e.g., candles) is permitted on the premises. Do not dismantle smoke, carbon monoxide detectors, or pool alarms as they are for your protection.

HOLD HARMLESS
iTrip nor the Owner of the premises assume any liability for (i) loss, damage, illness, or injury to persons or their personal property that occurs during their stay on the premises; (ii) any inconveniences, damage, loss, or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, internet access, electricity or plumbing or (iii) any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from or due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond their control.

MAINTENANCE
Please report any maintenance needs and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to, utility outages, HOA-controlled amenities, heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and internet/WIFI. 

PARKING
Parking is limited to the designated area(s) and guests assume all risks. Neither the Owner, Owners Association, nor iTrip is responsible for any vehicle damage/theft. No boats, jet skis, campers, trailers, or RVs, are allowed. Please check your welcome letter for specific HOA rules regarding parking. 

POOL, SPA & PATIO/DECK
Tenant acknowledges that if the premises reserved include a pool and/or spa, no lifeguard is on duty. The pool, spa, and patio/deck can be dangerous areas, the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and injury may occur. Diving, horseplay, or running is prohibited. No child or adult non-swimmer is permitted to use the pool without adult supervision by a strong swimmer. NO GLASS is allowed in the pool area. 

The pool alarm and pool fence are required by Florida law and MUST NOT be tampered with or disabled. Tenant must immediately report any problems with pool, spa, or safety fencing. Tenant and guests accept and assume all risks involved in using the pool, hot tub, and patio/deck and agree that neither the Owner, owners’ association nor iTrip accepts any responsibility whatsoever in the case(s) of accident or illness resulting from use of these amenities.

Homes with pools and hot tubs are under the weekly care of a team of professionals. As mandated by the state of Florida and for your safety, a team will be onsite once a week to test the water quality and make any necessary adjustments. These visits are not optional and cannot be scheduled, rescheduled, or refused. This team will not access the home and tenant does not need to be present for this visit. 

UNIT OCCUPANCY/DISTURBANCES
The maximum occupancy is based on the property limitations in the rental reservation. No parties or events are allowed. Tenants will be removed, fined, and will forfeit all monies for: Exceeding maximum occupancy, any illegal activity, damage to the premises or to neighboring properties; and any acts interfering with neighbors’ right to quiet of their premises.
Quiet Time: 10:00PM – 7:00AM

STAIRS/ACCESSIBILITY
There may be stairs to enter the premises (see pictures and inquire if any concerns).

FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS • HOA RULES
Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all FLORIDA state laws, as well as LOCAL laws and HOA rules while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Florida may result in removal and forfeiture of rental fees and security/damage deposits. 

HOA's
Many of our units reside in communities controlled by an HOA (Home Owner's Association), and we must abide by their rules. These rules may include (but are not limited to): registering all vehicles and drivers staying at the unit, vehicle restrictions and limits, registering all guests of the unit, specific trash protocol, pet breed restrictions, quiet times, additional amenity fees, gated entry, and more. Our team will be in touch if your unit falls under an HOA that has additional requirements for entry and specific HOA rules will be shared in your welcome letter.  

RESPECTFUL BEHAVIOR
Please treat the home, the neighbors, the community, and our team of iTrip Staff and contractors with respect; we will do the same. iTrip Orlando/Delta Palms, LLC reserves the right to discontinue service and cancel the booking if the tenant or any of the tenant's guests display aggressive or abusive behavior towards our staff.  

CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCEL FOR ANY REASON TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Our cancellation policy is as agreed to at the time of booking. We do not refund for hurricanes and any cancelation will be subject to the cancelation policy. We will ONLY refund for nights that a local government body has issued a mandatory evacuation. 

DAMAGES
Accidents happen, but you are responsible for any damages, additional cleanings, or service provider call-out fees that are required because of your stay. Fines or fees may be assessed for (but are not limited to): unapproved early check-in, unapproved late check-out, unapproved pets, unapproved guests, smoking or vaping of any kind, missing or damaged items, stains, tears, rips, trash left in the home, HOA-issued fines for violations, service provider calls for guest caused issues, etc. Please report any damages as soon as possible so we can work to resolve them.

Beautiful home excellent stay

The house was very spacious and could accommodate all 10 adults comfortably. The house was very clean upon arrival and checkin was very easy. There is a bedroom downstairs and three bedrooms have a private bath. Having the heated pool was great and we spent a good bit of time lounging there. Did most of our meals at the house and had everything we needed readily available. Getting to all the Disney properties was easy. Grocery stores and restaurants conveniently located. Being able to use the Oasis and Retreat Clubs an added bonus. Will definitely be returning.

Disney Family Vacation

Our family of 14 stayed here for the week for our Disney vacation and we had a great time! This home was beautiful, very spacious, and very clean! We had a small hiccup when we first got there with the AC, but the owners/company handled it very professionally and extremely fast! We were only a few miles away from the Disney Parks too, so that was a plus! I would definitely recommend staying here and we hope to return again in the future! :)

I have dreamed of taking a family vacation with our adult children and their families for several years, this year was the first chance we've had where our work schedules could coordinate. This home (emphasis on home) was perfect for the needs of 5 adults, 6 children, and a fur baby. Spacious (clean) rooms, well equipped kitchen, and private pool! Plus resort privileges! We are having so much fun that we have rarely turned on the TV and the Wii remains untouched, though both are readily available. WiFi is great! Nothing bad to say about our stay, many memories being made!!

I want a grill

No grill, but when asked about it, the owner said it was removed due to damage, but they would be glad to rent one to me. What?!?! We vacuumed stairs and upstairs when we got here, didn't appear that it had been done. . Pool heat not sufficient. No linens for Murphy bed. Plenty of space for our family. Everything we could want in kitchen appliances. All in all a pleasant experience.

We are sorry for your confusion however we clearly state that in the description that a grill is available for rental. Due to the very unseasonably cold snap the pool heaters could not keep the pools warm. We explain how these pool heaters work in the rental agreement to help guests understand that they have limits, it is unfortunate that you might not have seen that. We have linens in the home for the murphy bed, it would have been good if you would have reached out to us so that we could have helped you locate them. Thank you again.

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at Wexford Way! The house was exactly as described. We loved that it was just a short walk The Oasis Club which has a great bar! We also loved that it is pet friendly so we could bring our pup! We will definitely be back!

This trip was absolutely amazing. My kids enjoyed their birthday celebration from the time we stepped off the plane to walking through the door to the home. It was very beautiful and clean. The kids stayed in the pool the whole trip. Easy check in process and great communication between myself as the host. The only issue we had was that the TV in the Mickey Mouse room didn’t work but it didn’t put a damper on the stay. We’ll definitely book again!!!

Great trip

Great place to stay. Had issues the first night but it was fixed quickly and we were very thankful for that. Some dished in the kitchen were dirty. I blame others that rented for this. Would be so hard for house keeping to check every dish. Carpet is in the need of cleaning. You can tell there has been many guest enjoying the house. Over all we really loved the house and I would stay here again.

If you want something that keeps you VERY close to the parks and gives you plenty of things to do when your not at the parks this is your place! This house has so much space and such a great location we cannot wait to return! The 4 bedrooms upstairs are great for two families and kids with another master suite down stairs as well. you actually have a second living room area located on the second floor that gives the kids their own space to relax when they are not in the pool at the house or the massive waterpark in the complex. There is a great screened in patio in the backyard/pool area that is great for entertaining and enjoying the outdoors while the kids swim. and when they are looking for something a little bit more exciting its a short walk to the waterpark in the complex. You have slides and a lazy river, restaurant's and a bar for the adults. great place to relax after a day at the park. The complex has multiple entrances that give you quick access to interstates and highways to get to any place in Orlando quickly. Tons of restaurants and stores nearby too. Lots of delivery options as well. The kitchen and dinning area in the house are very large and we easily had plenty of room for the 7 of us to eat in as often as we could. The house is very clean and comfortable and well managed. We had zero issues during our stay and look forward to returning again this winter!

This is our second time visiting this property and will pretty much make this a regular place to stay. Tons of room even having five kids with us. Mickey Mouse room, a Harry Potter room a very nice queen size bedroom, and then really, two master suite rooms. There is also an upstairs living room as well as the downstairs living room with an extra unique fold out bed from the entertainment center upstairs if needed. Less than a five minute walk to the oasis club house, and we usually took the free shuttle back home every time. Publix, great food at miller’s restaurant, and other wide variety of shopping within 2 miles in the ChampionsGate Township. Pool in the backyard keep the kids plenty entertained, A large gas grill so you can feed this Army, and a TV in every bedroom. 7 TV’s in all, keeps everyone from arguing about what to watch. Aside from visiting theme parks we never left the resort. We even rented one of the cabanas next to the lazy river this time for the day. We got our own waiter, specialize service and discounts on food and drinks. air-conditioned room and our own private bathroom all day long, and it made staying there at the pool almost all day long fun. I could catch the European soccer games from time to time while the kids played so daddy had a good time too. we even had a bit of a rainfall and while everybody else had to grab their things and try to run back to their houses, we just chilled in our cabana, which also had a TV and a refrigerator to keep us cozy during that period. Can’t wait for our next stay.

Relaxation, Luxury, and Ease

I love coming to 1414 Wexford Way in Champion's Gate. It was our second time back and I just booked it again! Here I can truly put everything down and relax. This visit, family came down and even with the 9 of us, it never felt crowded. The kids loved the pool and we loved relaxing by it. When it was time to let the kids stretch their legs the lazy river and the arcade did the trick. Publix is close to grab fresh food and all the things you meant to bring but forgot. The Hungry Crab is delicious and well priced. Miller's Ale is just past the Publix and offers burgers, pub food, and steaks, and a good selection of beers. Both of them are first come, first serve, no reservations. Oh, make sure that every car is emailed into the reservation office BEFORE you get there. It will make your checkin a lot more enjoyable. I just left and already look forward to the next visit.

Convenience, comfort and luxury all wrapped into one beautiful package! So much room for everyone to spread out, nice large bedrooms and comfortable beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking essentials and dishes including dishware for the little ones, there were beach towels for the pool, everything was clearly thought of. The pool was great for cooling off and relaxing after a long day spent in the parks. The location can't be beat, it's centrally located to restaurants, shopping and attractions, making for an easy drive no matter where you're headed. We loved our stay here and can't wait to come back again next year!

The location is awesome. We didn’t have to drive more than 15 minutes to get to Universal studios or Disney Springs. The condo itself is beautiful. My room had a large bathroom, a king size bed, and plenty of closet space for longer trips. Kids will love the Harry Potter and Mickey Mouse themed bedrooms. Finally, if you have any free time, head to the clubhouse containing a water park, movie theater, and it’s own gym. We had a fantastic stay.
