Let me first start by saying the pictures of this home are amazing but in person is FABULOUS! We had such a wonderful time and the home was very inviting and comfortable. If we are in the area again for baseball, we will certainly stay here again. Thank you for opening up your amazing home to us!

Perfect location! Walking distance to grocery store, beach, restaurants. Beautiful view of beach from large balcony.Maintenance was quick to respond to a very minor issue regarding a leak.Only complaint: we love to cook (we celebrated an early Thanksgiving here), and found the knives to be quite dull and difficult to use. A very minor complaint, of course, but wanted to leave the feedback.

Stayed in Kannapalli at Papakea Ocean Resort unit D303. This was a studio unit and we loved it! Everything was updated and we had a beautiful lanai to enjoy for morning breakfast and afternoon drinks. The grounds were beautiful and well taken care of. Pool was great! Short drives to great restaurants. We will definitely be back!

In general we found the accommodations favorable, not five star. A couple things that were cited by guests as not so accommodating were the meager supply of consumables; one role of toilet paper per bathroom, no Kleenex, 2 dishwasher tablets for 4 day stay, and no extra bars of bath or hand soap. Roaches citings were noted in front bedroom. Facility was clean and beds comfortable.

River Trail Retreat is a perfect cabin in the woods for couples, families, friends. Its private setting along the river is relaxing any time of year yet it's close to markets, restaurants and recreation areas. All the extra amenities were welcoming and made us feel at "home" immediately. Highly Recommend a stay at River Trail Retreat.
