Note: For your safety, a security camera is located at the front door. The camera is facing toward the front entrance and does not look into any interior spaces. The camera doorbell is actively recording video and audio.

Frequently Asked Questions
No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted. Quiet hours are 10pm–8am and must be observed. Occupancy limits must be followed at all times. Noise violations or exceeding occupancy may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
PET POLICY
Pets are only allowed in designated pet-friendly homes with prior approval and a paid pet fee. Unauthorized pets are strictly prohibited and will result in a $200 fine (plus additional cleaning and damage costs). Pets must be removed immediately or the reservation may be canceled without refund.
HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily maid service. Linens and towels are included and are not to be taken from the unit. An initial setup of trash liners, bathroom paper, and soap is provided. There is a one-time cleaning fee at the time of booking.
UTILITIES
No compensation will be given for temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, cable, or Wi-Fi. Outages will be reported, and all efforts will be made to have them restored as soon as possible.
NO SMOKING: ZERO TOLERANCE
Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, vaping, marijuana, etc.) is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property and will result in a $250 fine. If there is any evidence of smoking inside the home, you will also be responsible for all additional costs required to remediate the property, including but not limited to deep cleaning, deodorizing, and ozone treatment.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
- Guest agrees to leave the property in the same general condition it was found—clean, neat, and undamaged.
- All dishes must be placed in the dishwasher and trash bagged and placed in the designated outdoor receptacles upon departure.
- Occupancy must not exceed the maximum number listed in the property description at any time, including day visitors.
- Furnishings and household items may not be removed from the property.
- The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old, must be present for the entire stay, and may not book on behalf of others.
- Guest and all occupants must comply with all local and state laws at all times while on the property.
MAINTENANCE
Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, and televisions.
LINENS/TOWELS/SUPPLIES
The owners furnish linens and towels. Any lost or damaged linens may occur additional charges. An initial supply of paper products is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Tenant. Limited cleaning supplies may be provided.
POOL, LAKE & OUTDOOR AREAS (IF APPLICABLE)
Use of pool, lake, patio/deck, and surrounding areas is at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. Surfaces may be slippery. No diving, running, or horseplay. Children and non-swimmers must be supervised at all times. Guest assumes all risk and must report any safety concerns immediately.
HAZARDOUS PRACTICES
No open flames, i.e., a candle burning, are permitted in the unit. Do not dismantle smoke detectors as they are there for your protection.
HOLD HARMLESS
iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does the owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.
