Welcome to the Summit Room at San Ayre Court—a comfortable, pet-friendly retreat ideally located between Garden of the Gods, historic Old Colorado City, and Manitou Springs.

Designed for solo travelers and couples, this private studio-style room features a queen bed, a dramatic mountain-inspired accent wall, a dedicated workspace, and everything needed for a convenient Colorado Springs stay. After a day of hiking, sightseeing, or exploring nearby shops and restaurants, relax in your own quiet space with heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a television.

The compact refreshment area includes a microwave, mini refrigerator, coffee maker, plates, cups, and basic dining essentials. Please note that there is no cooktop or full kitchen. The private bathroom includes a full bathtub and shower combination.

Safeway and Walgreens are also located within a short walk, making it convenient to pick up groceries, snacks, and travel essentials.
