- Guest agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Guest found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected.
- There are ring doorbell cameras located on the property. This is for your safety, as well as the homeowners. Please do not touch or move.
- The maximum number of occupants shall not exceed 8, not including a child in a crib.
- Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
- One DOG is allowed (under 50lbs). $95 non-refundable dog fee. You must clean up after your dog inside and outside of the property. If evidence of pets, without permisson, are found in the unit after stay, you will be fined $300. Dog must not be left unattended, unless kenneled.
- Smoking and/or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited. You will be fined $500 if evidence of smoking is found on the property.
- Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-one (21).
- FIRES AND/OR FIREWORKS ARE NOT ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
- Guest and any visitors of guests shall obey all laws of the state of Idaho, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Idaho or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
- Guests must comply with this good neighbor notice. This property is a privately owned home. Please treat this property as you would your own home. You agree to close and lock all doors and windows when you are not on property, and at check-out. Guests agree to be respectful of neighbors and not be disruptive to neighbors, community or traffic issues prompting complaints. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. All parking procedures are listed and agreed to by guest. Be kind. Be mindful. Be a good neighbor.
