- Guest agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Guest found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected.
- There are exterior surveillance video cameras facing the driveway for your protection and the homeowner's protection. Please do not touch or move.
- The maximum number of occupants shall not exceed 10 people, not including a child in a crib.
- The maximum number of vehicles in the driveway shall not exceed 3, NO PARKING ALLOWED IN CUL-DE-SAC.
- Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
- Pets are NOT allowed. If evidence of pets are found in the unit after stay, you will be fined $500.
- Smoking and/or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited. You will be fined $1000 if evidence of smoking is found on the property.
- Fires are NOT allowed under any circumstance. If any evidence of a fire is found on the premises, you will be fined $1000.
- Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
- Guest and any visitors of guests shall obey all laws of the state of Idaho, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Idaho or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
- Guests must comply with this good neighbor notice. This property is a privately owned home. Please treat this property as you would your own home. You agree to close and lock all doors and windows when you are not on property, and at check-out. Guests agree to be respectful of neighbors and not be disruptive to neighbors, community or traffic issues prompting complaints. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. All parking procedures are listed and agreed to by guest. Be kind. Be mindful. Be a good neighbor.
