PETS:

This is a dog-friendly property. We welcome 2 DOGS - with additional considered upon request; please note additional fees may apply. All dogs must be in a crate when guests are not at the home and must be on a leash (when not contained to the fully fenced yard) to comply with local laws and as there are other pets/wildlife in the area. To keep the property/neighborhood clean and tidy, please pick up after your dog(s) with provided waste bags. We ask that dogs are kept off furniture.

No grills of any kind are permitted inside or in any covered areas. Grills may be used only in open air areas 50+ feet away from the home. No open flame (e.g., candles) is permitted (in/out). Do not dismantle smoke or carbon monoxide detectors as they are for your protection.

HOLD HARMLESS
iTrip nor the Owner of the premises assume any liability for (i) loss, damage, illness or injury to persons or their personal property that occurs during their stay on the premises; (ii) any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, internet access, electricity or plumbing or (iii) any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from or due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond their control.

The owners furnish linens and towels for your stay. Paper products and cleaning supplies are provided. We recommend you bring any additional or special items you may need.

MAINTENANCE
Report any maintenance needs to the Agent who will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to, heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and internet/WIFI.

NONSMOKING
Smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited. Tenant will forfeit any deposit and be subject to a $500 fine due to smoking/vaping being found.

PARKING
Parking is limited to the designated area(s) and guests all risks. Neither the Owner, Owners Association, nor iTrip is responsible for any vehicle damage/theft. No boats, jet skis, campers, trailers, or RVs, allowed.

PET POLICY
Pets are allowed in designated homes and should be included in initial booking, or subsequent updates. Unauthorized pets may result in immediate removal and up to a $500 fine.

POOL, HOT TUB & PATIO/DECK
Tenant acknowledges that if the premises reserved includes a pool and/or hot tub, no lifeguard is on duty, the pool, hot tub, and patio/deck can be dangerous areas, the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and that injury may occur. Diving, horseplay or running is prohibited.  No child or adult non-swimmer is permitted to use the pool without adult supervision by a strong swimmer.

Tenant must immediately report any problems with pool, hot tub, or safety fencing. Tenant and guests accept and assume all risks involved in using the pool, hot tub, and patio/deck and agree that neither the Owner, owners’ association, or iTrip accepts any responsibility whatsoever in the case(s) of accident or illness resulting from use of these amenities.

SLEEPING CAPACITY/DISTURBANCES
The maximum occupancy is based on the property limitations in the rental reservation. No parties/events allowed; small family/friend celebrations possible but must inquire in advance. Tenant’s immediate removal and forfeit of rental fee and security deposit for: Exceeding maximum occupancy; any illegal activity; damage to the premises or to neighboring properties; any acts interfering with neighbors’ right to quiet of their premises. Quiet Time: 10:00PM – 7:00AM

STAIRS
There may be stairs to enter the premises (see pictures and inquire if any concerns).

TENANT
Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state the vacation rental property resides in, as well as local laws, while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Tennessee or Georgia may result in removal and forfeit of rental fees and security/damage deposits.

The above are all causes for removal and forfeit of fees and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests, thereby exposing you to potential liability.

What a wonderful time we had in Chattanooga TN. The house was very clean and plenty of room for me & wife. Beds very comfortable. Nice open floor plan. We'll kept & well stocked. Enjoyed the Kourig coffee maker complete with plenty of pods supplied. Nice neighborhood close to everything. With Walmart near & plenty of restaurants close. Special thanks to Stephanie for all her help and kindness with everything. Thank you again. Will definitely recommend to others.

We LOVED our stay at TN Delight. It was the perfect place for our family of four + our dog. The fenced in yard and being able to bring our dog was the icing on the cake. The house had everything we needed and more. The location couldn’t be beat. Every single attraction we wanted to do was only 15 minutes or less away. Thank you so much!

We were so impressed with the cleanliness of the Tennessee Delight as well as the spacious backyard for our dogs. The owners were gracious to let us bring our additional dog. The fire pit was so much fun to hang out by - we roasted marshmallows and chatted the night away. Wood was plentiful, chairs nice and clean and the sky was lovely. We loved the front porch with seating for 4 of for our morning coffee - which they supplied! The neighbor was also so sweet. She told us all about the native plants in her yard and even shared some of her perrenials - an extra treat - we were so pleased by her generosity and kindness. I can't say enough about the comfort and cleanliness of this location - beds, linens, towels...perfect! We were able to drive to any attraction we wanted to see within 10-15 minutes. This is a must stay spot for us and we hope to go back again next year. Thank you!

Our stay was perfect! I can’t say that enough, we enjoyed our time in Chattanooga at Rock City all day so it was very nice coming back to this cozy comfortable house to relax in before heading to dinner downtown that was only an 8 minute drive to everything. We will never forget this trip or this beautiful house! Thank you for our great memories and time in Chattanooga. We’ll be back soon and will definitely be staying here again!

We enjoyed our stay at the Tennessee Delight! The house was located in a perfect spot, close to all the attractions we went to. From Rock city and Ruby falls to the Tennessee Aquarium and zoo, the house was conveniently located in between. Upon arriving the house was very clean inside and out. The house was fully stocked and met all our needs!
