Great place in great location!

This cottage has been perfect for us. It has everything we need so that we can choose to either cook for ourselves or walk to SoCo for shopping or dining. I wish it was cooler so we could enjoy the outdoor patio, but honestly this place is so great we will definitely return for a visit in the future when it’s cooler so we can. Would definitely recommend.

Very pleasant unit; perfect for two. Check-in a hassle so would arrive maybe on Monday if possible next year. Minor repairs suggested: the rain shower sprays all over, not just down, the drain is slow. The hair dryer isn’t functioning but I brought my own. The next guest may need one though.

First impression of the room was great, it was beautiful and spacious. I could not have asked for a better location, I just wanted to be close to the beach and its just steps away from the room. We had a very nice time and overall enjoyed our stay very much, we will be returning next year! !

House was very nicely spaced. Furnishing were both adequate and the layout was very convenient. The kitchen was well equipped. Large kitchen so more than one could be in there cooking at one time. Pool and spa looks new? Salt water! Nice BBQ area and seating for larger crowd. Enjoyed our stay very much!

Great Place in Harbour Town

857 Ketch Court has the best view of the Harbour Town marina. The room is very comfortable for 2 adults. The bed was great. The bathroom was a bit small but still fine for us. I highly recommend this property for a getaway.
