"The New Sleepover in Centennial " is a comfortable home located in one of the most desirable areas of Denver. You'll feel tucked away in this safe, family-friendly neighborhood with easy access to shops, parks and trails and I25 and I70. But you may decide not to leave Centennial since it has a vibrant shopping scene, great restaurants, and a choice of the best parks and trails in the Denver metro area.

Located on a spacious corner lot, the main floor offers a large kitchen perfect for enjoying meals with family and friends. The kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked making meal prep easy. After meals, spill into the living room to read a book, play a game. There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. This home's floor plan is perfect for families or a small group of friends / colleagues.

Don’t want to be inside? Perfect! The private, backyard with privacy fence and covered patio, a propane fire pit, offers an outdoor living space for drinking your morning coffee, enjoying mealtime outside, or enjoying a glass of wine or local craft beer after a full day of exploring. Tenant stated on Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years-old and acknowledges that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We follow a strict cancellation policy on all websites.

If you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a $100 administrative fee. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL WITHIN THE 30-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. Travel Insurance is recommended, especially when traveling in the winter in CO.

I needed a rental for the holiday weekend that would fit 3 adults and 3 kids. This house was perfect. It was clean, comfortable and all around great. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely. The backyard was perfect, room for the kids to play or to sit out on the covered patio with your coffee in the morning. I would definitely rent this location again next time I'm in Denver. The location is excellent, grocery store right down the street and a lot of food options right nearby, a park and easy access to other entertainment options too.
