Located on Carolina Beach's North End, it’s one of the largest traditional beachfront homes in the area, designed to accommodate large groups while still offering privacy and comfort at an unbeatable price.

With 2024 updates—including brand-new luxury vinyl plank flooring, fresh sofas, and new mattresses—LegaSea is the perfect blend of comfort and beach charm. The home is designed as a horizontal duplex, with main living areas on both the top and bottom floors. Each level features a well-stocked kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room, making it ideal for group gatherings. *Maximum Occupancy: 19 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.

*Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.

* Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.

* Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.

* No events or parties- If determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given.

* If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions.

* No uninvited guests without permission

iTrip NC Beaches Cancellation Policy

North Carolina Beaches

Cancellation 60 days or more before your stay will receive a refund less the cancellation fee of $350. Cancellation 60 days or less before your stay will not receive a refund unless the same dates are re-booked. If that occurs you will receive a refund less the cancellation fee of $350. Additional details with regards to cancellation policies and procedures may be found in Section #15 of the Rental Agreement as provided at checkout.

Outside of Airbnb rules and restrictions, all guests will have to agree to the iTrip Vacations NC Beaches Vacation Rental Agreement

Registered Guests must be 25 years or age or older
Bookings created by guests under 25 years of age will be cancelled without refund
Maximum Occupancy: Each property’s maximum occupancy is stated within the Agreement and located in the Property Description; If at any given time, the maximum occupancy is exceeded, the tenant will be in material breach of the lease and grounds for expedited eviction will apply in addition to a fine.
No Student Groups, Weddings, or Parties
No more than 4x Minors per adult
No Smoking Permitted
Pets are not allowed in properties that are not Pet Friendly

This trip was for our annual family reunion. The house is in great shape and very comfortable to use. Very clean and the view of the ocean was outstanding. We will be back to this house again in the future. Close to boardwalk and a number restaurants if you don't want to cook yourself. Great place.

Great house and location! Only improvement would be an elevator. The deck is the meeting place for morning coffee and watching the sun rise, as well as, evening replays of our day. We highly recommend "LegaSea" for a great extended family vacation!

Had a wonderful time at this beach house at Carolina Beach. Rooms were beautiful with plenty of extras such as kitchen items, beach items, towels and linens, chairs. The only thing you need to bring is yourself and food, they supplied the rest. Fortunately the weather was perfect during our stay which added to our experience. Very little traffic congestion or people on the beach so you weren’t bothered by crowds which is what we were looking for. Just relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean. I highly recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed.

We had a wonderful time at the LegaSea beach house. Everything was exactly as described and met our expectations perfectly. We loved the ice cold AC, the short walk on the private access to the beach and the beach itself was great. The virtual tour was exactly what you get and a great way to help figure out who sleeps where etc. All communications with iTrip were timely and quick. We only wish we could have stayed longer. We cant wait to return for another visit!

Works wonderfully for our family (70 yrs, teens, young ones and their parents). Space, light, quality, quiet, oceanfront, sharks teeth to find...for 17! ... who needs more? EVERYONE agreeds. And we're all still young enough to add spice to life to walk outside over covered stairs even in the rain to each floor. We love love love this place!!!!! So happy we found it! We have a large family beach trip each year and we sometimes struggle to cram everyone in. Not this year!!! We had plenty of room and tons of fun!!! The kitchens were fully stocked and the location is prime!!!!! See you next year!!!

This was the best home for my family...It had everything we needed and more. It was modern and clean. This is my go to beach house from now on. It has 7 bedrooms but some rooms has extra beds.. Thus home is just perfect

The location of this house is perfect! We rented the whole house for 10 adults and 5 children. The house offered a ton of sleeping arrangements and bathrooms. Kitchens were fully stocked with utensils and cups/plates/bowls. Coffee machines could be updated. Beach access was just a short walk away on the boardwalk. Location is close to all the local restaurants/attractions. The house does need some updating but price and location overcome those small issues.

The two units were nicely furnished and stocked well with cooking ware, eating/drinking ware and utensils. There was plenty of room which was nice. The best part is being right at the beach. The walk was short and the beach wasn’t crowded like at other touristy places. I recommend this place.

We stayed at the LegaSea for a family beach weekend when our daughter graduated from UNCW. We had a great stay with no issues. There were 13 of us and we were very comfortable with the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms. I would recommend this location to others.

We had an amazing time on our recent trip here! Our extended family stayed Tuesday through Saturday, and it was overall a really great experience! The location and the amount of room for a big group are the two biggest selling points. This is right on the beach - just walk out on little boardwalk. The ocean was beautiful, and there was a lot of room for us on the beach. Lots of room for guests. We had 19 people stay, and everyone had a place to sleep. We had a great time, and it was overall a great stay. I would stay there again with my huge family.

We enjoyed our stay at Legasea beach house. There was plenty of room for our family, there were 14 of us. It was so nice to have a the storage room to put our beach chairs, umbrellas and the grandkids sandy beach toys in, and not have to drag all that upstairs each day. We also liked that we had our on access to the beach and it wasn't too crowded. The house was beautiful, clean and comfortable. There is only one complaint, we saw several cockroaches. This was reported to the management and we were told they would do extra spraying. Overall, it was a great vacations and everyone enjoyed their stay. We had an exciting week, with a baby announcement, a marriage proposal on the beach and a birthday.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Legs Sea. The accommodations suited us well, well stocked and more than what we needed. The units were clean. Some things were well used like porch furniture and blinds. Once again, our family had a wonderful time during our stay at the LegaSea. We first stayed in the house 16 years ago, and have returned several times since. While there are some things that need updating, overall all the accommodations were great and met the needs of our group, with ages from 4 months to 92 years and included 6 children. The water was wonderful as was the weather! We especially appreciated the walkway to the beach, making it much easier for our older parents to access the sandy area. Hope we can come again in the next year or two!

We loved staying at LegaSea. The fact that it was two separate apartments in the same house was really nice, as we could still get our "away" time. There was plenty of space, it was very clean, and the view was breathtaking. The whole family loved this house, and we would come stay in it again if we come back to Carolina Beach. Great house, has everything you need for a wonderful beach getaway with the entire family.

The home was beautiful and worked very well for the two groups of kids we had with us on the trip. The location was perfect with easy access to the beach and the house was well equipped with everything needed for a great vacation, including a nice set of grills (gas and charcoal).
