Casa Al Mare is a charming 1st floor beachfront condo in the heart of Carolina Beach! Fully remodeled, this bright space boasts ocean views, a pool and easy beach access, perfect for a restful getaway.
At Casa Al Mare you can walk everywhere avoid CB parking fees. Visit the boardwalk -lined with pizza, donut, arcades, ice cream stands, bars, restaurants and high-flying amusement rides in the summer, there are always new things to see and do on the Boardwalk including shops, an oceanfront walkway, swings and open space for music, art and events. Cabana also provides private gated access for additional security with covered parking and elevator. Note that the Clubhouse is now open to Owners, Guests, and Tenants. This is a great venue for playing cards, foosball, games, or to watch a movie. We have a small share library we hope everyone utilizes. There are books for children and adults.
As you enter the property, the bedroom with a King bed will be on your left. The bedroom connects to a full bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The open kitchen and living area is roomy and has access to the balcony which overlooks the Ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for your home cooked meals and the living room has a Queen sleeper sofa.
Don't forget to check out all of the other attractions on Pleasure Island including Fort Fisher and the NC Aquarium, the fishing piers, the Carolina Beach Lake and many walking trails. You'll enjoy Thursday night fireworks that you can watch from your balcony, visit the weekend farmer's market at the Carolina Beach Lake, along with outdoor movies and paddle boat rides. * No events or parties- If determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given.
