Minimum age to rent is 25. Maximum occupancy is 14 guests. No parties or events are permitted.

Pool heater does not operate May-October and pool temperatures vary with weather conditions

Guests may use the dock and tie up a boat. The boat lift is strictly off-limits. Guests arranging boat rentals should confirm vessel size, draft, tidal conditions, and navigational requirements; we cannot guarantee water levels in the canals.

Boat trailer parking is not permitted on the property.

BBQ grill/griddle use is self-service, including propane refills or exchanges as needed.

No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted anywhere on the property.

No pets are permitted anywhere on the property.

Please respect Cape Coral's residential neighborhood and observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.

Southwest Florida's tropical environment is home to insects, geckos, and other native wildlife. Although the property receives routine pest control, occasional sightings are possible and do not indicate a lack of treatment. Refunds are not provided for such sightings.

Children must be supervised around the swimming pool, spa, canal, and dock at all times.
