Our cleaning/housekeeping fees vary based on size of property, number of bedrooms & bathrooms, pool patio homes, garages, etc. They typically range between $125-$325 based on the aforementioned.

The booking fee is $89. 
 
Airbnb does not currently allow hosts to itemize these fees on their site which is why we'd like to explain what otherwise appears to be an excessive cleaning fee expense.

Exceeded Expectations

The house is magnificent to say the least but the pool area is what makes this house such a great place to stay. It is perfect for families with small children as the gradual slop in the pool allows them to play away all day. Also great for boating as we rented a pontoon boat for a few days of exploring and fishing. I would highly recommend this property for extended family holidays. We were a group of 6 adults and two small children and had more space than what we needed. The house is well equipped for cooking but if you are looking for a great restaurant close by, we would recommend the Lobster Lady Seafood Market.
