The kitchen is spacious and well equipped for vacation dining, with generous counter space, a breakfast bar and a convenient planning desk. Prepare fresh local seafood, put together an easy breakfast before heading out on the water or bring home takeout from a favorite Cape Coral restaurant. The breakfast bar is perfect for casual meals or keeping the cook company, while the dedicated dining area gives everyone a place to gather for dinner, holiday meals and family game nights.

Speaking of game night, the owners have provided a collection of board games for guests to enjoy. You'll also find a sunny little sitting nook that's perfect for morning coffee, conversation or a friendly round of coastal tic-tac-toe.

The home offers 3 comfortable bedrooms, sleeping up to 6 guests, each with a ceiling fan and its own streaming TV. Guests will need to provide their own login credentials for subscription-based streaming services.

Primary Suite:

Relax in the king-size bed after a day in the Florida sunshine. The primary bedroom includes direct lanai access and private ensuite bathroom.

The spacious primary ensuite adds a little spa-like relaxation to your stay, with dual vanities, a walk-in shower and oversized soaking tub—just the place for a long soak at the end of the day.

Guest Bedrooms:

Two additional guest bedrooms each feature a queen-size bed giving everyone a comfortable space of their own.

The grill is provided for guest use; propane is self-serve, so guests are responsible for refilling or exchanging the tank as needed.

Beyond the pool, the backyard opens to the canal and private dock. Pull up a chair with your morning coffee, watch boats make their way through the neighborhood waterways or simply enjoy the peaceful waterfront setting.If you'd like to rent a boat up to 22' tie you may tie up right at the dock for days spent exploring Southwest Florida by water. Gulf access is via the Caloosahatchee River and requires passage under one 8.5' bridge.

Prefer exploring land? Two cruiser bikes are provided for leisurely rides around the neighborhood. And when the day's adventures are over, head back poolside and watch the western sky take on the warm, changing colors of a Southwest Florida evening.
