Split floor plan with master suite and guest bedroom on opposites sides of the home, allowing privacy for guests.

Primary suite enjoys a view of the lanai and direct access through large sliding glass doors. Other features include a king bed, wall mounted Roku TV with streaming channels, ceiling fan and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom offers a double sink vanity, walk-in shower and a relaxing jetted bathtub.

2nd guest bedroom has a queen bed, Smart TV with streaming channels, ceiling fan, direct lanai access and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower that doubles as a pool bath that opens to the lanai.

A fisherman's paradise can be found in nearby Matlacha, Pine Island, or Bokeelia. For the beach lover, you're a short drive to the stunning Gulf beaches of Sanibel, Captiva, or Fort Myers Beach. Two popular waterfront fine dining and shopping districts are nearby - Cape Harbour and Tarpon Point. The southeast corner of the Cape has a lively nightlife and dining area; there are numerous parks, including a family friendly waterpark that is open seasonally and the Yacht Club Beach Park which is open year-round; grocery stores, shopping plazas and dining are in plentiful supply throughout the Cape.

This property is approximately 21 miles from RSW International Airport and 16 miles from Fort Myers Beach.

Pool heaters don't run May-October. Local weather, sun, rain and daytime & nighttime temperatures will affect the actual pool temperatures and a static temperature is not guaranteed.

Please note: The tides change and neither the management company nor the homeowner have any control over the water levels in the canals and are unable to guarantee specific water conditions and accessibility.

Minimum age to rent is 25. Please be prepared to show a government issued picture ID, matching the name the property is booked in, to a representative of the management company or property owner within 24 hours of check-in.

Please be aware, the City of Cape Coral has strict noise ordinance that they enforce without hesitation; any type of noise between the hours of 10pm – 8am is strictly prohibited.
